【摘要】：鄧小平管理思想是結(jié)合我國實際 ,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會改革實踐的基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)物。鄧小平的宏觀管理思想為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏觀調(diào)控奠定了基礎(chǔ) ,其微觀管理思想對我國企業(yè)改革實踐具有指導(dǎo)作用 ,其人才管理思想又為我國人才管理指明了方向 ,為新一輪的社會管理改革與實踐提供了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's management thought is a product of continuous innovation on the basis of the practice of economic and social reform combined with the reality of our country. Deng Xiaoping's macro-management thought has laid a foundation for the macroeconomic regulation and control of China's economy. Its micro-management thought has the guiding function to our country enterprise reform practice, its talented person management thought has pointed out the direction for our country talented person management again, has provided the solid theory foundation for the new round social management reform and the practice.
