【摘要】：正近年,中國(guó)高端智庫(kù)建設(shè)等工作為推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際問(wèn)題研究事業(yè)帶來(lái)重要機(jī)遇,既有智庫(kù)謀劃轉(zhuǎn)型,又有新興智庫(kù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,前景值得期待。然而,也出現(xiàn)一些"穿新鞋走老路"、"智庫(kù)泡沫"等需要重視的負(fù)面現(xiàn)象。中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的意見(jiàn)》等文件能否真正轉(zhuǎn)化為促使國(guó)際問(wèn)題智庫(kù)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)際舉措,智庫(kù)建設(shè)的良好愿景能否成為現(xiàn)實(shí),也是值得深思的。顯然,智庫(kù)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of China's high-end think tanks has brought important opportunities for promoting domestic and international research. There are not only think-tanks planning for transformation, but also emerging think tanks. The future is worth looking forward to. There are also some negative phenomena that need to be taken seriously by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, such as "wearing new shoes along the old road" and "think tank bubbles." Whether the State Council's "opinions on strengthening the Construction of New types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics" and other documents can truly translate into practical measures to promote the upgrading and transformation of think tanks on international issues, and whether the good vision of building think tanks can be realized, is also worth pondering over.
