【摘要】：正我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,面對(duì)更加紛繁復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì),公共政策決策需要權(quán)衡多方利益,為了提高決策的科學(xué)化、民主化水平,拓展社會(huì)多元力量參政議政的渠道,回應(yīng)人民期待、化解社會(huì)矛盾,需要智庫(kù)發(fā)揮作用。十八屆三中全會(huì)通過(guò)的《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》明確提出:"加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè),建立健全決策咨詢制度"。中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)將在全面深化改革的過(guò)程中扮演越來(lái)越重要
[Abstract]:In the face of the more complicated domestic and international situation, the public policy decision needs to weigh the interests of many parties. In order to improve the scientific decision-making, the level of democratization and the channels for social pluralistic forces to participate in politics and discuss politics, we are facing the economic and social transformation and development of our country. To respond to the expectations of the people and to resolve social contradictions, think tanks need to play a role. The decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively deepening reform adopted at the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee clearly states: "strengthen the construction of new think-tanks with Chinese characteristics," Establishing and perfecting the system of Decision-making consultation. The New Type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics will play an increasingly important role in the process of deepening the Reform in an All-round way
