【摘要】：本文對中華醫(yī)學會主辦的１４種臨床醫(yī)學和基礎醫(yī)學雜志發(fā)表的１５５篇論著，從醫(yī)學統(tǒng)計的角度，，按２２項指標，進行了一次調(diào)查研究。結果表明，與１９８０年中華醫(yī)學會召開醫(yī)學科研設計座談會以前的情況相比，論文質(zhì)量有了明顯提高，但仍存在不少不可忽視的問題。常見的問題有：試驗設計不良，缺少防止偏性的有力措施，組間可比性差，樣本含量不足；對兩類錯誤的控制、置信限的應用和排除混雜因子的影響重視不夠；統(tǒng)計軟件、統(tǒng)計圖和多元分析方法的利用率還不夠高。針對存在問題提出了一些見解和建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a survey of 155 articles published in 14 clinical and basic medical journals sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association has been carried out according to 22 indexes from the point of view of medical statistics. The results show that, Compared with the situation before the medical scientific research design symposium was held by the Chinese Medical Association in 1980, the quality of the paper has been obviously improved, but there are still many problems that can not be ignored. Lack of effective measures to prevent bias, poor comparability among groups, insufficient sample size, insufficient attention to the control of two types of errors, the application of confidence limits and the impact of eliminating confounding factors; statistical software, The utilization rate of statistical charts and multivariate analysis methods is not high enough.
