【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,國內(nèi)的管理研究文獻普遍存在“方法導(dǎo)向”的弊端,究其原因在于不重視科學(xué)研究方法論的運用。從科學(xué)研究方法論的角度,提出了管理研究過程系統(tǒng)模型,包括管理問題產(chǎn)生、提出目標(biāo)或目的、診斷問題和預(yù)期答案等;論述了基于科學(xué)研究方法論的管理研究途徑,包括識別問題、限定研究目標(biāo)、提出假設(shè)等;指出“科學(xué)研究”和“思辨研究”屬于研究方法,是研究方法論的一部分,在不同的階段各有所為,而科學(xué)的管理研究在于以“方法論”作指導(dǎo),遵循“問題導(dǎo)向”的研究邏輯。
[Abstract]:At present, the malpractice of "method orientation" exists in domestic management research literature, which is due to the lack of attention to the application of scientific research methodology, and from the perspective of scientific research methodology. The system model of management research process is put forward, which includes the generation of management problems, the presentation of goals or objectives, the diagnosis problems and the expected answers. This paper discusses the approaches to management research based on scientific research methodology, including identifying problems, limiting research objectives, putting forward assumptions, etc. It is pointed out that "scientific research" and "speculative research" belong to the research methods and are part of the research methodology. They have their own achievements at different stages, while the scientific management research is guided by the "methodology". Follow the research logic of "problem orientation".
