【摘要】：介紹了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)（ＰＭＳ）的一般概念、體系結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)組成，并結(jié)合我國大中型企業(yè)的混合生產(chǎn)模式的特點(diǎn)，，提出了一種實(shí)用的ＰＭＳ結(jié)構(gòu)。文中還介紹了用于設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)ＰＭＳ的方法論：ＧＩＭ／ＧＲＡＩ方法。最后簡介了支持ＰＭＳ底層計(jì)劃與管理的一個(gè)車間生產(chǎn)輔助管理系統(tǒng)ＳＰＭＳＳ。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the general concept, system structure and system composition of production management system (PMS), and combines the characteristics of mixed production mode of large and medium-sized enterprises in our country. A practical PMS structure is presented. The methodology used to design and implement PMS is also introduced in this paper. GIM/GRAI method. Finally, a workshop production assistant management system (SPMSSs) supporting the bottom planning and management of PMS is introduced.
