【摘要】：集成管理的實(shí)質(zhì)是運(yùn)用集成的思想和系統(tǒng)論、控制論、信息論的原理,使管理對(duì)象達(dá)到整體尋優(yōu)、系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新和功能倍增的過(guò)程。集成管理具有綜合性、復(fù)雜性、協(xié)同性和創(chuàng)新性的特點(diǎn),對(duì)一個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集成管理,戰(zhàn)略策劃、界面管理、過(guò)程管理與系統(tǒng)控制是重要條件, 其本質(zhì)是相應(yīng)進(jìn)行理念集成、組織集成、過(guò)程集成與方法集成。
[Abstract]:The essence of integrated management is to use the principle of system theory, cybernetics and information theory to make the management object achieve the whole optimization, the system innovation and the function multiplication process. The integrated management has the comprehensive, the complexity. Collaborative and innovative characteristics of a system for integrated management, strategic planning, interface management, process management and system control are important conditions, its essence is the corresponding concept integration, organizational integration.
