【摘要】：在一個(gè)組織機(jī)構(gòu)當(dāng)中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為其核心,起著統(tǒng)籌兼顧的作用,因此要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠擁有全局意識(shí),宏觀把控全局。而秘書作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀與助手,雖沒(méi)有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策權(quán),但是樹(shù)立一定的全局意識(shí),有利于秘書人員在工作開(kāi)展中更好地把握方向,準(zhǔn)確領(lǐng)會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意圖,從而順利完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)和工作。本文試圖從秘書以及秘書工作的角度出發(fā),較為深入的分析秘書樹(shù)立全局觀的必要性與重要性。
[Abstract]:In an organization, the leadership as its core, plays an integrated role, so it requires the leadership to have a global awareness, macro-control of the overall situation, and the secretary as the leader's staff and assistant. Although there is no leadership decision-making power, but to establish a certain sense of the overall situation, in the work of secretarial staff to better grasp the direction and accurately understand the intention of the leadership. From the angle of secretary and secretarial work, this paper tries to analyze deeply the necessity and importance of secretary to set up overall view.
