【摘要】：針對(duì)應(yīng)急系統(tǒng)多點(diǎn)出救問題的特點(diǎn)，本文引入了連續(xù)可行方案的概念，并提出了以最早應(yīng)急開始時(shí)間為目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)模型及相應(yīng)的求解算法。算例及實(shí)際應(yīng)用取得了令人滿意的效果
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of the multi-point rescue problem of the emergency system, this paper introduces the concept of continuous feasible plan, and puts forward the mathematical model and the corresponding algorithm based on the earliest emergency start time. The numerical example and the practical application have achieved satisfactory results.
