【摘要】：[目的 /意義]從信息用戶(hù)理論出發(fā),研究政府決策信息需求,提出新型智庫(kù)運(yùn)行機(jī)制策略。[方法 /過(guò)程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的方法,從內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)、特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)和類(lèi)型入手,分析政府決策信息需求,提出智庫(kù)運(yùn)行機(jī)制建議。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論 ]按照政府決策信息需求流程,從信息資源、選題機(jī)制、質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系、溝通機(jī)制4個(gè)方面提出新型智庫(kù)機(jī)制建設(shè)的相關(guān)建議,旨在為新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)提供新的角度和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] from the information user theory, the needs of government decision-making information are studied, and a new strategy for the operation mechanism of a new think tank is proposed. [method / process] by using the method of literature research, starting from the internal drive, characteristics, structure and type, this paper analyzes the information needs of government decision making, and puts forward the suggestion for operation mechanism of think tank. [result / Conclusion] according to the information flow process of government decision making, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of new think tank mechanism from 4 aspects: information resources, topic selection mechanism, quality monitoring system and communication mechanism, aiming to provide new perspectives and theoretical basis for the construction of new think tanks.
