SY護(hù)校職業(yè)教育業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of the state for the reform of vocational education, the reform of vocational education system is imperative. Our country is vigorously supporting private vocational education, and gradually forming a multi-level education pattern led by the government. The competition of nursing vocational education is becoming more and more fierce. In this context, in order to break through the predicament and create excellent performance, the managers of SY nursing schools must evaluate the opportunities and challenges brought about by the external environment of vocational education in nursing schools, and the advantages and disadvantages of hospitals and nursing schools. In the dynamic internal and external environment, the business development strategy with the characteristics of nursing school vocational education is worked out. This paper takes SY nursing school as an example. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of vocational education in SY nursing schools, and sums up the problems existing in vocational education in nursing schools at present. Secondly, the macro environment of vocational education in SY nursing schools is analyzed by using PEST analysis model, and the advantages and disadvantages and threat opportunities of vocational education business environment in nursing schools are analyzed by using SWOT analysis tool. This paper analyzes the main competitors of SY nursing school in vocational education industry by using Porter five-force model, and analyzes the internal advantages that can create the development value of vocational education business of SY nursing school through Porter value chain analysis model. Key links and shortcomings. Secondly, under the guidance of Ansov matrix theory, combined with the results of target marketing strategy and SWOT matrix analysis, combined with the present situation of the internal development of vocational education in SY nursing schools and the threats and opportunities brought about by the changes in the external environment, This paper puts forward the SO strategy of vocational education in SY nursing schools, and formulates three main strategies conducive to the development of vocational education business in SY nursing schools: market penetration strategy, new business development strategy and new market expansion strategy. Finally, seven service marketing strategies are provided to ensure the implementation of SY nursing school vocational education business development strategy. Under the guidance of the relevant theories of strategic management, combined with a variety of strategic analysis tools, this paper makes a strategic decision on the development of vocational education business in SY nursing schools after scientifically analyzing the internal and external environment of SY nursing schools. It can further enhance the influence of nursing schools in the nursing vocational education industry and the whole field of vocational education, and promote the all-round development of hospitals in the fields of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and preventive health care. And can provide certain reference for the business development and service marketing of other departments of the hospital.
