【摘要】：正目前,我國(guó)所面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)是所謂的新常態(tài)或"L型",即未來(lái)數(shù)年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)放緩將是常態(tài)。根據(jù)3A顧問(wèn)公司所輔導(dǎo)的百余家企業(yè)所做的決策數(shù)據(jù),可以看出新常態(tài)下的這些企業(yè)對(duì)未來(lái)的抉擇。一、提高研發(fā)水平,是企業(yè)決策的首選3A顧問(wèn)公司所輔導(dǎo)的企業(yè)各類咨詢項(xiàng)目增長(zhǎng)率如圖所示,其中精益研發(fā)類咨詢項(xiàng)目增長(zhǎng)了40%,營(yíng)銷類咨詢項(xiàng)目增長(zhǎng)了15%,生產(chǎn)類咨詢項(xiàng)目增長(zhǎng)12%。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic situation facing our country is the so-called new normal or "L-shaped", that is, the slowdown of economic growth in the next few years will be the norm. According to the decision data made by more than 100 enterprises guided by 3A consultant, we can see the choice of these enterprises for the future under the new normal. First, improving the level of R & D is the first choice for enterprise decision-making, and the growth rate of all kinds of consulting projects directed by 3A consultants is shown in the figure. Among them, lean R & D consulting projects increased by 40%, marketing consulting projects increased by 15%. Production consulting projects increased by 12%.
