銀行員工績效管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國民經濟的發(fā)展,銀行之間的競爭壓力也日益激烈,目前國內許多銀行在績效考核方面存在諸多問題,很多銀行的績效考核體系一直以來都停留在傳統(tǒng)模式,無法應對新的挑戰(zhàn),銀行應該建立新的績效考核系統(tǒng)代替原來的落后的系統(tǒng),將銀行自身的價值實現(xiàn)最大化,通過績效激勵制度,留住有用人才,將銀行的目標與員工的目標緊密結合,讓員工為銀行的經營目標而奮斗,為銀行更好的服務。論文結合某銀行的實際情況開發(fā)了一個實用的銀行績效考核管理系統(tǒng),論文遵循軟件開發(fā)的原理,注重軟件的需求分析工作,從功能到性能,從可行性到安全性,以及用例需求分析等方面展開,對系統(tǒng)進行了設計實現(xiàn)和運行測試。通過采用分布式策略,將各邏輯部件分別部署在不同的服務器上,實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一管理整個銀行績效系統(tǒng)的運作。另外對績效考核系統(tǒng)的B/S三層架構進行了改進,充分的結合了傳統(tǒng)的C/S體系結構與B/S體系結構的優(yōu)勢,改善了兩者的缺陷,方便操作以及日后的升級維護。其次開發(fā)平臺采用的J2EE平臺,充分利用了其可移植性好,開源性好,可跨平臺等優(yōu)點。數(shù)據(jù)庫采用了My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過對數(shù)據(jù)模型的設計,實現(xiàn)實體E-R圖設計和數(shù)據(jù)一般處理。并采用ETL處理模塊通過數(shù)據(jù)抽取、轉換、裝載的過程來實現(xiàn)多數(shù)據(jù)源數(shù)據(jù)的集成。最后以銀行員工的績效查詢和介質對應關系修改兩個模塊完成用例測試。整個銀行績效系統(tǒng)采用一個輕量級體系結構進行系統(tǒng)架構設計并實現(xiàn)一套通用的開發(fā)框架:底層為數(shù)據(jù)庫,中間層為基礎數(shù)據(jù)構建層、基礎信息管理層和業(yè)務管理層,最外層是用戶交互層。好的銀行績效考核管理系統(tǒng),模塊完整,功能完善,能夠有效的提高銀行績效管理系統(tǒng)的工作效率,實現(xiàn)銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標以及自我價值的最大化,滿足了該行績效考核管理的長遠發(fā)展,在實際的應用中具有廣泛的意義,不僅提高了銀行自身的整體營銷戰(zhàn)略的價值和競爭優(yōu)勢,同時實現(xiàn)了銀行員工個人績效的改善,使員工現(xiàn)有的能力和積極性得到提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the competition pressure among banks is increasingly fierce. At present, there are many problems in the performance appraisal of many domestic banks, and the performance appraisal system of many banks has been stuck in the traditional mode all the time. Unable to meet the new challenges, banks should establish a new performance appraisal system instead of the original backward system, maximize the value of the bank itself, and retain useful talents through the performance incentive system. Combine the goal of the bank and the goal of the staff closely, let the employee struggle for the goal of the bank, and serve the bank better. Combined with the actual situation of a bank, this paper develops a practical bank performance appraisal management system. The paper follows the principle of software development, pays attention to the analysis of software requirements, from function to performance, from feasibility to safety. And use case requirements analysis and other aspects, design and implementation of the system and run tests. By adopting the distributed strategy, each logical component is deployed on different servers to achieve the unified management of the operation of the whole bank performance system. In addition, the three-tier architecture of performance appraisal system is improved, which fully combines the advantages of the traditional C / S architecture and the B / S architecture, and improves the defects, convenient operation and future upgrade and maintenance of the performance appraisal system. Secondly, the J2EE platform used in the development platform makes full use of its advantages such as good portability, good open source and cross-platform. The My SQL database is adopted in the database. Through the design of the data model, the entity E / R diagram design and general data processing are realized. ETL processing module is used to realize the integration of multi-data source data through the process of data extraction, transformation and loading. Finally, the bank staff performance query and media correspondence modification two modules to complete the test case. The whole bank performance system adopts a lightweight architecture to design the system architecture and implement a general development framework: the bottom layer is the database, the middle layer is the base data building layer, the basic information management layer and the business management layer, the basic information management layer and the business management layer. The outermost layer is the user interaction layer. A good bank performance appraisal management system, the module is complete, the function is perfect, can effectively improve the bank performance management system work efficiency, realizes the bank strategic goal and the self-value maximization, It satisfies the long-term development of the bank's performance appraisal management and has extensive significance in the practical application. It not only improves the value and competitive advantage of the whole marketing strategy of the bank itself, but also realizes the improvement of the individual performance of the bank staff.
