鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)規(guī)劃及生產(chǎn)策劃研究

【摘要】:鐵路作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大動(dòng)脈,在我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸體系中居于主導(dǎo)的骨干地位。隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)快速的發(fā)展和人口流動(dòng)性的不斷提高,人們對(duì)于鐵路交通運(yùn)輸在時(shí)間和載客量上有了越來(lái)越高的要求,高速鐵路技術(shù)的完善在一定程度上滿(mǎn)足了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人口流動(dòng)性的問(wèn)題。高速鐵路是一個(gè)集各項(xiàng)最先進(jìn)的鐵路技術(shù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方式、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和資金籌措等方面的十分復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,它包含基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、機(jī)車(chē)車(chē)輛配置、站車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)則及其他方面的內(nèi)容?瓦\(yùn)專(zhuān)線作為高鐵建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容之一,出于穩(wěn)定、安全運(yùn)營(yíng)、維護(hù)方便及旅客乘車(chē)舒適性的原則,在線路選擇模式上大多以橋梁為主,為了便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工和管理,一般采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)集中預(yù)制和架設(shè)安裝的方法。預(yù)制梁的質(zhì)量與生產(chǎn)架設(shè)速度直接影響整個(gè)工程的質(zhì)量與工期,因此,鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制粱場(chǎng)的規(guī)劃與生產(chǎn)管理的好壞在整個(gè)工程施工中起著非常重要的作用,F(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)對(duì)預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)的規(guī)劃與生產(chǎn)管理的重視程度相對(duì)較弱,大部分現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員都是根據(jù)多年的業(yè)內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn),加之定性分析,僅以滿(mǎn)足工期為主要目標(biāo)對(duì)鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和生產(chǎn)管理。因預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)施工具有獨(dú)立性且單品種性生產(chǎn),多專(zhuān)業(yè)工種協(xié)同配合,交叉施工,受環(huán)境條件影響大等特點(diǎn),并不是聚集一些機(jī)械設(shè)備和勞動(dòng)力就能把工程建起來(lái),而是要遵循客觀規(guī)律,合理的進(jìn)行施工安排,做到有序、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)地實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量、工期和成本目標(biāo)。本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)前期規(guī)劃中的選址、布局及建設(shè)規(guī)模等影響因素進(jìn)行分析比選,并以結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)梁場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)中的工藝工序及場(chǎng)內(nèi)施工管理的影響因素再分析比選,從而得出客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)規(guī)劃和生產(chǎn)策劃的最優(yōu)化組合,以此依據(jù)對(duì)寧安鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線銅陵順安梁場(chǎng)的實(shí)際施工情況進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),從而得出本文結(jié)論,為后續(xù)梁場(chǎng)的施工提供一定的參考,改變施工人員的管理習(xí)慣,使鐵路客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線預(yù)制梁場(chǎng)的施工管理水平進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:As the main artery of our national economy, railway plays a leading role in the transportation system of our country. With the rapid development of urban economy and the continuous improvement of population mobility, people have higher and higher demands on the time and capacity of railway transportation. The improvement of high-speed railway technology satisfies the problems of urban economic development and population mobility to a certain extent. High-speed railway is a very complex system engineering that integrates the most advanced railway technology, operation and management mode, marketing and financing, etc. It includes infrastructure construction, locomotive and rolling stock configuration, etc. Standing car operation rules and other aspects of the content. As one of the main contents of high-speed railway construction, the passenger dedicated line is based on bridges in line selection mode, in order to facilitate construction and management on the spot, because of the principles of stability, safe operation, maintenance convenience and passenger ride comfort. The method of centralized prefabrication and erection and installation is generally adopted. The quality and production speed of prefabricated beams directly affect the quality and duration of the whole project. Therefore, the planning and production management of prefabricated beam yard in passenger dedicated railway line plays a very important role in the construction of the whole project. At the present stage, the planning and production management of the precast beam yard is paid relatively little attention in our country. Most of the construction personnel in the field are based on years of experience in the field and qualitative analysis. Planning and production management of precast beam yard of passenger dedicated railway line is carried out only in order to meet the time limit. Because the construction of precast beam yard has the characteristics of independence and single variety production, coordination of many kinds of professional work, cross construction, and being greatly affected by environmental conditions, it is not possible to build the project by gathering some mechanical equipment and labor force. Instead, we should follow the objective law, reasonable construction arrangements, order, safety, and economic realization of the quality of the construction project, time limit and cost objectives. Combined with practical engineering experience, this paper analyzes and selects the influence factors such as location, layout and construction scale of prefabricated beam yard in railway passenger dedicated line. Based on the results, the factors affecting the process and construction management in the beam yard are analyzed and compared, and the optimal combination of the prefabricated beam yard planning and production planning for passenger dedicated line is obtained. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the actual construction situation of Tongling Shun'an beam yard of Ningan railway passenger dedicated line, the conclusion of this paper is drawn, which provides a certain reference for the subsequent construction of the beam yard and changes the management habits of the construction personnel. The construction management level of precast beam yard of passenger dedicated railway line will be further improved.
