基于GIS的太原地區(qū)電網(wǎng)智能營配一體化實用研究

【摘要】:電力作為國民經(jīng)濟與社會運行的支柱,它的發(fā)展對我國的改革開放事業(yè)影響重大。營配一體化體系結合GIS、通信、計算機等技術,打破以往供電公司中系統(tǒng)運行和管理的不協(xié)調(diào)、配網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)與營銷體系相互獨立的局面,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務的跨部門管理,打通各個環(huán)節(jié)之間的間隔。論文首先從營配一體化理論著手,研究營配一體化系統(tǒng)內(nèi)涵、系統(tǒng)應用、系統(tǒng)建設目標與系統(tǒng)設計思路等。論文研究營配一體化系統(tǒng)結構,分析配網(wǎng)管理各個部門,涉及生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、供電可靠性系統(tǒng)、營銷系統(tǒng)、工程管理系統(tǒng)、計量自動化系統(tǒng)等,并基于GIS系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡信息系統(tǒng)構建綜合性的集成管理平臺。論文最后圍繞太原電網(wǎng)營配一體化平臺建設項目,開展GIS系統(tǒng)和信息平臺詳細設計。研究GIS系統(tǒng)設計的三大核心,包括系統(tǒng)技術組成、物理組成和服務組成;研究電力信息平臺的建設目標、平臺結構設計、平臺實施等環(huán)節(jié)。論文分析太原營配一體化項目實施過程,以太原供電公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎,研究平臺建設安排與工程實施細節(jié),對工程數(shù)據(jù)收集方案詳細展開,并對平臺應用進行實例化分析。項目建設最終如期完成,在實際應用中對供電公司業(yè)務運營促進巨大。配網(wǎng)營配一體化平臺的建立,有效支撐了供電公司的管理運作。實現(xiàn)公司管理的快速、高效、科學運行,使供電公司通過技術創(chuàng)新、平臺創(chuàng)新,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:As the pillar of national economy and social operation, the development of electric power has a great influence on the cause of reform and opening up. Combined with GIS, communication and computer technology, the integrated system of operation and distribution breaks the disharmony of system operation and management in power supply companies in the past, and the distribution network data and marketing system are independent of each other, so as to realize the inter-departmental management of business. Break through the intervals between each link. Firstly, this paper studies the connotation, system application, system construction goal and system design idea of camp and distribution integration system from the perspective of the theory of camp and distribution integration. This paper studies the structure of the integrated system, analyzes the distribution network management departments, including production system, power supply reliability system, marketing system, engineering management system, measurement automation system, etc. And based on GIS system and network information system, a comprehensive integrated management platform is constructed. Finally, the GIS system and information platform are designed in detail around the integrated platform construction project of Taiyuan Power Grid. This paper studies the three key parts of GIS system design, including system technical composition, physical composition and service composition, the construction goal of electric power information platform, platform structure design, platform implementation and so on. Based on the development of Taiyuan Power supply Company, this paper analyzes the implementation process of Taiyuan Integrated Operation and Distribution Project, studies the details of platform construction and project implementation, develops the project data collection scheme in detail, and analyzes the application of the platform. The construction of the project was completed as scheduled, and the operation of the power supply company was greatly promoted in the practical application. The establishment of integrated platform of distribution network management and distribution has effectively supported the management and operation of power supply companies. To realize the rapid, efficient and scientific operation of the company's management, to make the power supply company realize business innovation and management innovation through technological innovation, platform innovation, and management innovation.
