廣東省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)裝備研究所科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化效益提升策略的研究
[Abstract]:Guangdong Provincial Institute of Modern Agricultural equipment, the nature of the unit for the public welfare category II institutions. Over the years, in the process of transformation of scientific research results, certain economic benefits have been achieved. However, since 2012, in accordance with the reform of institutions "separation of business" principle, the efficiency of scientific research results began to decline. In order to have better capability and better conditions for basic technical research in the future, how to improve the efficiency of scientific research achievements has become an urgent problem to be solved. It also provides a reference scheme for the same type of scientific research institutions, which has certain reference value. Based on the analysis of the reform of scientific research institutions in the past 30 years and the target orientation of the second class of public welfare institutions, this paper finds out the problems existing in the transformation of scientific research achievements in the past 20 years. Based on the research results of scientific research achievements, this paper studies the strategies of improving the efficiency of transformation of scientific research achievements of the Institute of Agriculture and clothing. At present, in the process of transforming the scientific research achievements of the Institute of Agricultural clothing, there are problems in the aspects of transformation, subsidiary enterprise system, fund raising, project technical level, production conditions and management, marketing, incentive mechanism, human resource structure and management, etc. It affects the efficiency of transformation of scientific research results. In this paper, we use the theory of enterprise management to take five strategies to solve the above problems: reforming the subordinate enterprises into stock system, implementing the outsourcing scheme, and adopting effective marketing strategies. Improve the performance incentive mechanism and human resources management reform. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of transformation of scientific research results, to promote the enterprise to the best, the fastest direction to develop, to form industrialization, large-scale, commercial management.
