【摘要】：近年來隨著能源結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化,以及面臨著石化能源的危機問題,世界各地能源公司均在著力開發(fā)與應(yīng)用清潔能源。昆侖能源公司目前在中國大陸開展LNG業(yè)務(wù),并在近些年獲得了長足的發(fā)展。隨著公司規(guī)模越來越大,每日產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)也與日俱增,而地理位置的差距以及員工技術(shù)能力的水平不齊,導(dǎo)致對數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計效率低下,數(shù)據(jù)可靠性、安全性低等問題都亟待解決。本文針對昆侖能源遼寧公司的實際業(yè)務(wù),依照軟件工程的設(shè)計規(guī)范及面向?qū)ο蟮木幊趟枷?設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一套加氣核算系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)主要分為兩個部分。第一部分是獨立核算,使用窗體應(yīng)用程序?qū)ζ浣缑婕昂笈_進行設(shè)計開發(fā),應(yīng)用于昆侖能源遼寧公司分布在各地加氣站點中,主要包括員工管理、客戶管理、加氣記錄單以及銷售數(shù)據(jù)報表等功能,旨在取代各個加氣站中工作人員純手工填表的工作方式,進一步保證數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)范性、可靠性,并提高加氣站的工作效率。第二部分是公司核算,使用ASP.NET動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)的頁面及功能,應(yīng)用于昆侖能源遼寧公司的生產(chǎn)、營銷、經(jīng)營計劃及財務(wù)等部門中,主要功能為客戶審批、銷售匯總、經(jīng)營計劃管理等,旨在對公司的客戶進行統(tǒng)一有效地管理,并對從獨立核算系統(tǒng)中獲取到的銷售數(shù)據(jù)進行分析、整理,以便為公司的經(jīng)營計劃、市場調(diào)研等工作提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)支持。以上的兩個系統(tǒng)組成了加氣核算系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)為昆侖能源遼寧公司的工作人員提供了自動化、方便快捷的工作平臺以提高公司整體的工作效率。目前,系統(tǒng)已在昆侖能源遼寧公司各加氣站運行,已經(jīng)過大量數(shù)據(jù)的測試,并保持穩(wěn)定運行。為公司的管理及計劃提供了可靠的數(shù)據(jù)支持,為公司的運營做出了一定的貢獻。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous optimization of energy structure and the crisis of fossil energy, energy companies all over the world are focusing on the development and application of clean energy. Kunlun Energy is currently operating LNG in mainland China and has made considerable progress in recent years. As the company grows in size, the daily production of data increases, and geographical disparities and uneven levels of technical skills of employees lead to low statistical efficiency and reliability of the data. Problems such as low security need to be solved. According to the actual business of Kunlun Energy Liaoning Company, according to the design specification of software engineering and the object-oriented programming idea, a set of aeration accounting system is designed and implemented in this paper. The system is divided into two parts. The first part is the independent accounting, using the form application program to design and develop its interface and backstage, which is applied to Kunlun Energy Liaoning Company, which is distributed in various filling stations, mainly including employee management, customer management, etc. The functions of aeration record sheet and sales data report form are designed to replace the manual filling in each filling station so as to ensure the standardization and reliability of the data and to improve the working efficiency of the filling station. The second part is the company accounting, using ASP.NET dynamic web page technology to realize the page and function of the system, which is applied to the production, marketing, business plan and finance departments of Kunlun Energy Liaoning Company, the main function of which is customer approval. Sales summary, business plan management, etc., are designed to unify and effectively manage the company's customers, and analyze and collate the sales data obtained from the independent accounting system in order to plan for the company's business. Market research and other work to provide certain data support. The above two systems constitute the aeration accounting system, which provides an automatic and convenient working platform for the staff of Kunlun Energy Liaoning Company to improve the overall working efficiency of the company. At present, the system has been running at the filling stations of Kunlun Energy Liaoning Company, and has been tested by a large number of data and maintained stable operation. Provide reliable data support for the management and plan of the company, and make a certain contribution to the operation of the company.
