【摘要】：作為全球最大的IT服務(wù)外包企業(yè)之一,惠普自2002年開(kāi)始大力發(fā)展在華IT外包業(yè)務(wù),中國(guó)惠普公司已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)領(lǐng)航者。本文以惠普服務(wù)外包學(xué)院為例,闡述了該學(xué)院針對(duì)服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)所需不同的崗位積累了完善的崗位體系、能力體系和培訓(xùn)體系,并且基于惠普內(nèi)部外包人才培養(yǎng)模式和最佳實(shí)踐推出高績(jī)效外包人才培養(yǎng)系列崗位實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,覆蓋軟件服務(wù)工程、IT運(yùn)維、IT服務(wù)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、物流等領(lǐng)域。已成功與重慶、青島、貴陽(yáng)等地方政府聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)IT外包人才,并與多所著名軟件學(xué)院合作創(chuàng)新型軟件人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:As one of the largest IT outsourcing companies in the world, HP has been developing IT outsourcing business in China since 2002, and Hewlett-Packard has become the leader of Chinese service outsourcing enterprises. Taking HP Service Outsourcing College as an example, this paper expounds that the College has accumulated perfect post system, capability system and training system for different positions needed by service outsourcing industry. And based on HP internal outsourcing talent training model and best practice, a series of high performance outsourcing talent training post training projects, covering software services engineering, IT operations and maintenance, IT service marketing, logistics and other fields. With Chongqing, Qingdao, Guiyang and other local governments have successfully trained IT outsourcing personnel, and with a number of well-known software colleges and innovative software talent training projects.
