【摘要】：城市拆遷安置社區(qū)有其自身的特殊性,開展公共閱讀更加必要、迫切,公共閱讀主要以公共圖書館社區(qū)服務(wù)、"農(nóng)家書屋"轉(zhuǎn)型升級、社區(qū)主題閱讀活動、社會盈利機構(gòu)營銷活動等形式開展;存在社區(qū)圖書室發(fā)展不平衡,重建設(shè)、輕管理,居民閱讀氛圍淡薄、缺乏閱讀習慣等不足;可以通過政府統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,創(chuàng)新管理機制,改革公共閱讀建設(shè)評價標準、體系,積極引入社會力量等對策解決。
[Abstract]:Urban demolition and resettlement community has its own particularity, it is more necessary and urgent to carry out public reading. Public reading is mainly based on the community service of public library, the transformation and upgrading of "peasant book house", and the reading activities of community theme. Social profit organization marketing activities and other forms of development; There are some deficiencies in the development of community library, such as unbalanced development, heavy construction, light management, weak reading atmosphere and lack of reading habits. It can be solved by the government's overall planning, innovating the management mechanism, reforming the evaluation standard and system of public reading construction, actively introducing social forces and so on.
