【摘要】：城市拆遷安置社區(qū)有其自身的特殊性,開(kāi)展公共閱讀更加必要、迫切,公共閱讀主要以公共圖書(shū)館社區(qū)服務(wù)、"農(nóng)家書(shū)屋"轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、社區(qū)主題閱讀活動(dòng)、社會(huì)盈利機(jī)構(gòu)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)等形式開(kāi)展;存在社區(qū)圖書(shū)室發(fā)展不平衡,重建設(shè)、輕管理,居民閱讀氛圍淡薄、缺乏閱讀習(xí)慣等不足;可以通過(guò)政府統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制,改革公共閱讀建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、體系,積極引入社會(huì)力量等對(duì)策解決。
[Abstract]:Urban demolition and resettlement community has its own particularity, it is more necessary and urgent to carry out public reading. Public reading is mainly based on the community service of public library, the transformation and upgrading of "peasant book house", and the reading activities of community theme. Social profit organization marketing activities and other forms of development; There are some deficiencies in the development of community library, such as unbalanced development, heavy construction, light management, weak reading atmosphere and lack of reading habits. It can be solved by the government's overall planning, innovating the management mechanism, reforming the evaluation standard and system of public reading construction, actively introducing social forces and so on.
