縣級(jí)供電企業(yè)分時(shí)電價(jià)的制定及營(yíng)銷策略

【摘要】:電力需求側(cè)管理是指供電企業(yè)制定相關(guān)的政策,通過(guò)對(duì)終端用戶的用電方式實(shí)施有效的引導(dǎo)和激勵(lì)手段,達(dá)到指引電力用戶在電網(wǎng)峰時(shí)段主動(dòng)減少用電量,在電網(wǎng)谷時(shí)段主動(dòng)增加用電量,提高用戶的用電效率,改變用戶的用電方式。隨著智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,分時(shí)電價(jià)型需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目將具有更加高效的終端負(fù)荷控制效率,終端用戶的任何負(fù)荷需求的變化和響應(yīng)行為都將被電網(wǎng)企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確感知,并做出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)與用戶的實(shí)時(shí)互動(dòng)。首先,文章分析了我國(guó)目前所面臨的迫切電力市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,以及我國(guó)在需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目上的研究現(xiàn)狀,表明了進(jìn)一步研究需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目的必要性。然后討論了電力市場(chǎng)的一些相關(guān)概念,包括電力營(yíng)銷理論、峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)的實(shí)施過(guò)程、需求側(cè)管理的主要內(nèi)容、電力系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷特性指標(biāo)、電力用戶的分類原則等內(nèi)容。其次,介紹了朝陽(yáng)縣電網(wǎng)2015年各類用電負(fù)荷的用電量信息、電價(jià)信息、線損率情況、朝陽(yáng)縣電網(wǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況。從實(shí)際的負(fù)荷特性中分析可以得到,在朝陽(yáng)縣實(shí)施分時(shí)電價(jià)政策,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)朝陽(yáng)縣電網(wǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,提高供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。再次,分析朝陽(yáng)縣電網(wǎng)實(shí)際的居民負(fù)荷特性曲線發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)行的階梯電價(jià)政策會(huì)導(dǎo)致較大的峰谷差率,具有一定的不合理性。因此在原有階梯電價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,本章將居民用戶群體劃分為相對(duì)應(yīng)的各子群體細(xì)分市場(chǎng),并在各細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上建立電價(jià)優(yōu)化模型來(lái)求解各階梯電價(jià)下最優(yōu)的分時(shí)電價(jià),為朝陽(yáng)縣供電企業(yè)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的電價(jià)營(yíng)銷策略,提高供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最后分析了本文所做的主要工作以及存在的不足,指出了下一步的研究重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:DSM (DSM) refers to the power supply enterprises to make relevant policies and to guide the power users to reduce their power consumption actively during the peak period of the power grid by implementing effective guidance and incentive means to the end-user 's power consumption mode. In the valley of the power grid, we can increase the power consumption, improve the efficiency of the users and change the way they use electricity. With the development of smart grid, the timesharing demand response project will have more efficient terminal load control efficiency, and any load demand change and response behavior of the end user will be accurately perceived by the power grid enterprises. And makes the corresponding response measure, realizes the real-time interaction with the user. First of all, the paper analyzes the urgent power market environment in our country and the research status of demand response project in our country, which indicates the necessity of further research on demand response project. Then some related concepts of power market are discussed, including power marketing theory, implementation process of peak and valley time-sharing price, main content of demand-side management, load characteristic index of power system, classification principle of power users, etc. Secondly, the paper introduces the electricity consumption information, electricity price information, line loss rate and economic operation of Chaoyang power grid in 2015. From the analysis of the actual load characteristics, it can be concluded that the implementation of time-sharing price policy in Chaoyang County is beneficial to the economic operation of Chaoyang power grid and to the improvement of economic benefits of power supply enterprises. Thirdly, by analyzing the actual resident load characteristic curve of Chaoyang power network, it is found that the current ladder price policy will lead to a larger peak-valley difference rate, which has certain irrationality. Therefore, on the basis of the original step electricity price, this chapter divides the resident user group into the corresponding sub-groups, and establishes the electricity price optimization model on the basis of each subdivision market to solve the optimal timeshare price under each step electricity price. To provide high quality electricity price marketing strategy for Chaoyang power supply enterprises, and to improve the economic benefits of power supply enterprises.
