農村商業(yè)銀行流程銀行建設研究

【摘要】:銀行業(yè)務流程再造是流程銀行建設最核心的內容,它是企業(yè)流程再造在商業(yè)銀行的具體運用和深入推廣,西方各大商業(yè)銀行通過流程銀行建設,研究設計出全新的運營模式,將商業(yè)銀行的各項業(yè)務流程重新梳理,內部管理層級重新設置,使得辦事效益和經(jīng)營業(yè)績得到顯著提升,為其自身創(chuàng)造了巨大的發(fā)展空間和新的利潤增長點。我國的各大商業(yè)銀行自2005年開始,依照銀監(jiān)部門相關文件的指引,借鑒國外先進理念,陸續(xù)開展對流程銀行建設的探索工作,優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程,建立健全制度流程體系,通過對市場進行調研,劃分成不同的客戶群體,開展針對性的營銷工作,通過全面開展流程銀行建設打造出全新的運營模式,持續(xù)提升其核心競爭力。本文通過研究國內外流程銀行建設的先進理念和實踐分析出發(fā),借鑒其成功的思路和經(jīng)驗,并對我國農村商業(yè)銀行的當前的現(xiàn)狀做了深入的調查和研究,農村商業(yè)銀行主要由原來的農村信用合作社、農村合作銀行改革演化而來,網(wǎng)點主要分布在農村和城鄉(xiāng)結合部,面臨的客戶群體大多是農民和個體工商戶,農村商業(yè)銀行在組織管理、業(yè)務操作流程、內部控制能力和營銷服務力度方面都與其他已經(jīng)進行流程銀行建設的股份制商業(yè)銀行有著非常大的差距。本文以農村商業(yè)銀行特有的業(yè)務領域和服務對象為出發(fā)點,結合我國農村商業(yè)銀行的實際經(jīng)營和管理狀況,以HX農商銀行為例,運用SWOT綜合分析法,明確自己的存在的優(yōu)、劣勢,分析當前面對的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),確定自己的戰(zhàn)略目標,并將戰(zhàn)略目標進行細化分解,制定出符合業(yè)務發(fā)展的應對策略,進一步提煉出適合農商銀行現(xiàn)狀的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施路徑,試圖為農村商業(yè)銀行在流程銀行建設的具體實踐提供指導性的框架。流程銀行建設是一項非常繁雜的系統(tǒng)工程,希望本文能夠幫助農村商業(yè)銀行快速推動流程銀行建設進程,使農村商業(yè)銀行能夠減少管理層級、優(yōu)化操作流程,加強風險管控、提升核心競爭能力。
[Abstract]:Bank business process reengineering is the core content of process bank construction. It is the concrete application and promotion of business process reengineering in commercial bank. By rearranging the business processes of commercial banks and re-setting the internal management levels, the efficiency and operating performance of commercial banks have been significantly improved, which has created a huge development space and a new profit growth point for themselves. Since 2005, the major commercial banks of our country, according to the guidance of the relevant documents of the banking supervision department and drawing on the advanced ideas from abroad, have carried out the exploration of the construction of the process bank one after another, optimizing the business process and establishing and perfecting the system process system. Through the investigation of the market, divided into different customer groups, targeted marketing work, through the overall development of process banking to create a new operation model, continuously improve its core competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the advanced ideas and practices of the construction of process banks at home and abroad, this paper draws on its successful ideas and experiences, and makes a deep investigation and study on the current situation of the rural commercial banks in China. Rural commercial banks have mainly evolved from the original rural credit cooperatives and rural cooperative banks. The network is mainly distributed in rural and urban-rural areas, and most of the customer groups facing them are farmers and individual industrial and commercial households. Rural commercial banks have a very big gap with other joint-stock commercial banks which have been constructed in the aspects of organization management business operation process internal control ability and marketing service. This paper takes the special business field and service object of rural commercial bank as the starting point, combining with the actual management and management of rural commercial bank in our country, taking HX rural commercial bank as an example, using SWOT comprehensive analysis method to make clear the advantages of its own existence. Weaknesses, analysis of the current opportunities and challenges, determine their own strategic objectives, and the strategic objectives of the detailed decomposition, to formulate a business development in line with the response strategy, Further refining the implementation path of the development strategy suitable for the current situation of rural commercial banks, trying to provide a guiding framework for the concrete practice of rural commercial banks in the construction of process banks. Process bank construction is a very complicated system engineering. I hope this paper can help the rural commercial bank to promote the process of process bank construction quickly, so that the rural commercial bank can reduce the management level, optimize the operation process, and strengthen the risk control. Enhance the core competitiveness.
