消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒研究現(xiàn)狀與展望

【摘要】:消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒是消費(fèi)者基于在評(píng)價(jià)新產(chǎn)品之前所形成的抗拒創(chuàng)新的一般傾向,或是在對(duì)新產(chǎn)品做出評(píng)價(jià)之后所形成的負(fù)面態(tài)度,而產(chǎn)生的對(duì)創(chuàng)新的負(fù)面反應(yīng)。消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒作為阻礙創(chuàng)新采納的一個(gè)主要原因,成為營(yíng)銷學(xué)科近年來快速發(fā)展的研究領(lǐng)域。本文基于對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,介紹了消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒的概念和類型,分主動(dòng)創(chuàng)新抗拒和被動(dòng)創(chuàng)新抗拒探討了消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒的原因和后果,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了消費(fèi)者創(chuàng)新抗拒的克服策略,并提出了未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:Consumer resistance to innovation is a negative reaction to innovation based on the general tendency of resistance to innovation formed before evaluating a new product or the negative attitude formed after evaluating a new product. Resistance to innovation by consumers, as one of the main reasons hindering innovation adoption, has become a marketing discipline in recent years. Based on the review of relevant literature, this paper introduces the concept and types of consumer resistance to innovation, discusses the causes and consequences of consumer resistance to innovation, discusses the strategies to overcome consumer resistance to innovation, and puts forward the future research directions.
