德陽市XX醫(yī)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,國際化進(jìn)程的迅速推進(jìn)以及市場競爭的日益激烈,醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革也在不斷深化,各醫(yī)院為更好地滿足廣大人民群眾對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)的需求也進(jìn)行了一些調(diào)整與改革。在這紛繁復(fù)雜的環(huán)境下,醫(yī)院想要在競爭中立于不敗之地,以求長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展是各個(gè)醫(yī)院必須重視和研究的問題。德陽市XX醫(yī)院(原XX醫(yī)院)經(jīng)過40多年的發(fā)展壯大,在醫(yī)療規(guī)模以及醫(yī)療水平上都有很大程度的提高,也取得了一定的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但是,隨著醫(yī)療市場競爭的不斷增強(qiáng)以及2008年地震對(duì)原XX醫(yī)院的破壞促使XX醫(yī)院搬遷所面臨的新的服務(wù)環(huán)境,使得德陽市XX醫(yī)院的發(fā)展引起人們的關(guān)注,如何探尋德陽市XX醫(yī)院的發(fā)展值得我們深思。本文通過對(duì)醫(yī)院職工的訪談和問卷調(diào)查,在戰(zhàn)略管理理論的指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用PEST分析了醫(yī)院的宏觀環(huán)境,運(yùn)用波特五力模型分析了醫(yī)院的行業(yè)環(huán)境,從資源環(huán)境、人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)能力、管理能力、市場營銷能力及核心競爭力分析了醫(yī)院的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,然后運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,結(jié)合外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,找到了德陽市XX醫(yī)院的優(yōu)勢與劣勢及面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),通過分析制定出了S0、WO、ST等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,然后運(yùn)用I-E矩陣,最后選擇了增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后提出了具體戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略。全文共分為六章,第一章提出了選題背景、意義及研究的方法與目的;第二章對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行了概述;第三章對(duì)德陽市XX醫(yī)院的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析;第四章對(duì)德陽市XX醫(yī)院內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析;第五章通過SWOT分析法和I-E矩陣制定實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略;第六章是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略的具體實(shí)施。本文通過對(duì)德陽市XX醫(yī)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,對(duì)醫(yī)院經(jīng)營管理有一定指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)希望該課題的研究對(duì)其他醫(yī)院的經(jīng)營管理有一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the rapid progress of internationalization and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the reform of the medical and health system is also deepening. Hospitals have also made some adjustments and reforms to better meet the needs of the general public for medical services. In this complicated environment, hospitals want to be in an invincible position in the competition, in order to achieve long-term stable development is the hospital must pay attention to and research issues. After more than 40 years of development and expansion, the XX Hospital of Deyang City (formerly XX Hospital) has greatly improved its medical scale and medical level, and has also achieved certain social and economic benefits. However, with the increasing competition in the medical market and the destruction of the original XX hospital caused by the earthquake in 2008, XX Hospital is facing a new service environment, which makes the development of XX Hospital in Deyang City attract people's attention. How to explore the development of XX hospital in Deyang city is worth our thinking. Under the guidance of the strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the macro environment of the hospital by means of PEST, and analyzes the industry environment of the hospital by using Porter's five-force model, from the perspective of resource environment and human resources. The financial ability, management ability, marketing ability and core competence of the hospital are analyzed, and then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external and internal environment. This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of XX Hospital in Deyang City and the opportunities and challenges it faces. Through the analysis, it formulates the development strategy of S0OWOST, and then, by using I-E matrix, chooses the growth type development strategy, and finally puts forward the concrete strategy to implement the strategy. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter puts forward the background, significance and research methods and purposes; the second chapter summarizes the strategic management theory; the third chapter analyzes the external environment of XX hospital in Deyang city. The fourth chapter analyzes the internal environment of XX Hospital in Deyang City; the fifth chapter formulates the implementation strategy through SWOT analysis and I-E matrix; the sixth chapter is the implementation of the implementation strategy. Through the research on the development strategy of XX Hospital in Deyang City, this paper has a certain guiding effect on hospital management and management, and hopes that the research on this topic will be helpful to the management of other hospitals.
