【摘要】：隨著智能手機(jī)的興起,世界開始步入移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以其多樣性、便捷性以及高效性開始改變?nèi)藗兊纳詈凸ぷ?甚至有人提出手機(jī)才是真正的“個(gè)人電腦”。電信公司作為行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,更應(yīng)積極發(fā)揮移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合自身業(yè)務(wù)需求,量身定制專屬系統(tǒng)。長(zhǎng)期以來,電信客商經(jīng)理面臨著客戶種類多樣、客戶管理混亂、客戶走訪困難等諸多難題。客商經(jīng)理也會(huì)處理各種營銷任務(wù)、營銷數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)、調(diào)查建議管理等多項(xiàng)任務(wù)�？蜕探�(jīng)理有時(shí)還會(huì)在進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)洽談的時(shí)候需要進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)查詢,查看公司最新的優(yōu)惠政策等營銷支撐類容。所以客商經(jīng)理面臨的是一個(gè)內(nèi)容多、任務(wù)雜的困難境地。本課題的主要內(nèi)容是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)基于Android平臺(tái)的電信的客商經(jīng)理專屬門戶系統(tǒng)。它能夠幫助客商經(jīng)理解決這些紛繁的需求與任務(wù),以達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。系統(tǒng)主要從客戶管理、任務(wù)管理、營銷支撐這三大模塊進(jìn)行研究,還會(huì)對(duì)接相應(yīng)的電信業(yè)務(wù)接口,以達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)辦理的功能。在系統(tǒng)的客戶管理模塊,充分結(jié)合電信行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),項(xiàng)目的客戶信息應(yīng)該包括客戶資料收集、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息收集、本網(wǎng)/異網(wǎng)客戶資料查詢、周邊客戶查詢、客戶類型管理等內(nèi)容,已達(dá)到幫助商客經(jīng)理發(fā)掘電信潛在客戶、維系電信客戶、了解客戶業(yè)務(wù)、跟蹤客戶需求的目的。并且結(jié)合地圖進(jìn)行位置展示。結(jié)合地圖工具實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶的分類、匯總的直觀展示�；陔娦趴蜕探�(jīng)理特色的任務(wù)管理應(yīng)該包括營銷數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)、營銷任務(wù)派發(fā)與處理、調(diào)查建議情況填寫等內(nèi)容。商客經(jīng)理可以通過本系統(tǒng)完成日常工作任務(wù),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)辦公。而營銷支撐模塊包括有業(yè)務(wù)查詢,天氣查詢等功能,幫助客商經(jīng)理更好地完成客戶洽談與任務(wù)。本課題研究基于Android平臺(tái)的客商經(jīng)理管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式進(jìn)行開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器使用JSP開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā),并且部署在Tomcat服務(wù)器上。數(shù)據(jù)庫采用的是開源、免費(fèi)的My Sql數(shù)據(jù)庫,系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器可以通過JDBC與數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行通信。系統(tǒng)采用Spring MVC、Spring、Mybatis等主流框架對(duì)Web服務(wù)器進(jìn)行快速開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)格式是使用JSON格式。Android客戶端上使用了Android控件、Activity、Service、Broadcast等技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)還整合了百度地圖、訊飛語音等第三方支持技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)利用百度地圖和客戶信息相結(jié)合,在地圖上顯示部分客戶信息,以便于客商經(jīng)理走訪、開展業(yè)務(wù)等工作。系統(tǒng)利用訊飛語音實(shí)現(xiàn)了語音合成,語音識(shí)別等功能,方便客商經(jīng)理進(jìn)行任務(wù)管理、業(yè)務(wù)辦理等工作。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的整合,部署以及最終的測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)基本完成了用戶需求并且達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rise of smart phones, the world has entered the era of mobile Internet. Mobile Internet has changed people's life and work with its diversity, convenience and efficiency. Even some people suggest that mobile phone is the real "personal computer". As a leader of the industry, the telecom company should play the advantage of mobile Internet more actively. For a long time, the manager of the telecom businessmen is facing many difficult problems, such as the variety of customers, the confusion of customer management, the difficulty of visiting the customers, and so on. The merchant managers will also deal with various marketing tasks, the marketing data, the investigation and suggestion management. When talking, we need to carry out real time business inquiries, look at the marketing support category, such as the latest preferential policies of the company. So the merchant managers face a lot of content and difficult tasks. The main content of this topic is to design a telecom merchant portal system based on Android platform. Understand these numerous needs and tasks to achieve half the effort. The system mainly studies the three modules, including customer management, task management, marketing support, and the corresponding telecom business interface to achieve the function of business management. In the system customer management module, fully combined with the characteristics of the telecommunications industry, project Customer information should include customer data collection, competition information collection, customer information inquiry, customer query, customer type management and so on. It has reached the goal of helping the business and guest managers to discover Telecom potential customers, maintain telecom customers, understand customer business and track customer needs. The task management based on the characteristics of the telecom merchants should include the reporting of marketing data, the distribution and processing of marketing tasks, and the completion of the survey proposal. The business manager can accomplish the daily work task through this system and truly realize the mobile office. And the marketing support model. The block includes business query, weather query and other functions to help the merchant manager to better complete the customer negotiation and task. This topic studies the management system based on the Android platform. The system uses the B/S mode to develop. The system server uses the JSP development technology and is deployed on the Tomcat server. The database is used. It is open source, free My Sql database, system server can communicate with database through JDBC. The system uses Spring MVC, Spring, Mybatis and other mainstream frameworks to develop Web server fast. The system network data format is using JSON format.Android client to use Android controls, Activity, societies, etc. The system also integrates the Baidu map, the signal voice and other three party support technology. The system uses the Baidu map and the customer information to display part of the customer information on the map, so as to facilitate the business managers to visit and carry out the business. The system uses the voice signal to realize the voice synthesis, speech recognition and other functions, convenient for the merchants manager to enter. Job management, business management, and so on. Through systematic integration, deployment and final testing, the system has basically completed the user needs and achieved the desired results.
