基于Android平臺(tái)的電信客商經(jīng)理專屬門戶
[Abstract]:With the rise of smart phones, the world has entered the era of mobile Internet. Mobile Internet has changed people's life and work with its diversity, convenience and efficiency. Even some people suggest that mobile phone is the real "personal computer". As a leader of the industry, the telecom company should play the advantage of mobile Internet more actively. For a long time, the manager of the telecom businessmen is facing many difficult problems, such as the variety of customers, the confusion of customer management, the difficulty of visiting the customers, and so on. The merchant managers will also deal with various marketing tasks, the marketing data, the investigation and suggestion management. When talking, we need to carry out real time business inquiries, look at the marketing support category, such as the latest preferential policies of the company. So the merchant managers face a lot of content and difficult tasks. The main content of this topic is to design a telecom merchant portal system based on Android platform. Understand these numerous needs and tasks to achieve half the effort. The system mainly studies the three modules, including customer management, task management, marketing support, and the corresponding telecom business interface to achieve the function of business management. In the system customer management module, fully combined with the characteristics of the telecommunications industry, project Customer information should include customer data collection, competition information collection, customer information inquiry, customer query, customer type management and so on. It has reached the goal of helping the business and guest managers to discover Telecom potential customers, maintain telecom customers, understand customer business and track customer needs. The task management based on the characteristics of the telecom merchants should include the reporting of marketing data, the distribution and processing of marketing tasks, and the completion of the survey proposal. The business manager can accomplish the daily work task through this system and truly realize the mobile office. And the marketing support model. The block includes business query, weather query and other functions to help the merchant manager to better complete the customer negotiation and task. This topic studies the management system based on the Android platform. The system uses the B/S mode to develop. The system server uses the JSP development technology and is deployed on the Tomcat server. The database is used. It is open source, free My Sql database, system server can communicate with database through JDBC. The system uses Spring MVC, Spring, Mybatis and other mainstream frameworks to develop Web server fast. The system network data format is using JSON format.Android client to use Android controls, Activity, societies, etc. The system also integrates the Baidu map, the signal voice and other three party support technology. The system uses the Baidu map and the customer information to display part of the customer information on the map, so as to facilitate the business managers to visit and carry out the business. The system uses the voice signal to realize the voice synthesis, speech recognition and other functions, convenient for the merchants manager to enter. Job management, business management, and so on. Through systematic integration, deployment and final testing, the system has basically completed the user needs and achieved the desired results.
