【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日益發(fā)展、人民生活水平的不斷提高,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全、生活健康水平、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全性以及社會(huì)環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面的問題正受到越來越多人們的關(guān)注,檢測(cè)行業(yè)的重要性也越來越得以顯現(xiàn)。2014年,我國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)了《關(guān)于整合檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施意見的通知》,通知中明確了要不斷推進(jìn)我國(guó)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)的事業(yè)單位改革和轉(zhuǎn)企改制的進(jìn)程。自此,我國(guó)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局已被轉(zhuǎn)變,我國(guó)第三方檢測(cè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)變得更加激烈,BV中國(guó)作為檢測(cè)行業(yè)中的一員,如何在新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)中,不斷利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)保持有利的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位則成為亟需研究的問題。本文正是在此背景下對(duì)BV中國(guó)進(jìn)行了全方位的分析,文章利用PEST分析法對(duì)BV中國(guó)的外部宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析研究,明確了企業(yè)所在行業(yè)的宏觀形勢(shì)；利用波特的五力模型對(duì)BV中國(guó)的內(nèi)部微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析研究,明確了其自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)以及其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)；結(jié)合內(nèi)外部分析結(jié)果,通過SWOT分析法,總結(jié)了BV中國(guó)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,還利用EFE、IFE. CMP以及QSPM矩陣的方法,對(duì)BV中國(guó)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了量化分析,使得分析結(jié)果更加具有說服力；隨后,綜合上述研究結(jié)果,本文提出了BV中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)第三方檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)整合的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,并明確指出增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略是BV中國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的必然選擇；最后,本文論述了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,包括優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、引進(jìn)高級(jí)人才、完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制、提高營(yíng)銷能力、加強(qiáng)客戶關(guān)系管理、加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。本文希望通過對(duì)BV中國(guó)的案例研究,促進(jìn)BV中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略管理系統(tǒng)的完善,為BV中國(guó)未來健康、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展提供參考,并為其它第三方檢測(cè)企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)我國(guó)第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)整合的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the increasing development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more people are paying attention to the problems of product quality safety, living health level, enterprise production safety and social environment protection and so on. The importance of the testing industry is also growing. In 2014, The State Council of our country has issued the notice on the implementation opinion of the Integrated Inspection and Inspection Certification Organization, in which it is clear that the reform of institutions in the inspection and testing industry and the process of transforming enterprises into enterprises should be continuously promoted. Since then, the competitive pattern of the inspection and testing industry in China has been changed, and the competition in the third party testing industry has become more intense. How to take BV as a member of the testing industry, how to be in the new competitive situation? Constantly using their own advantages to maintain a favorable competitive position is a problem that needs to be studied. Under this background, this paper makes an all-around analysis of BV China, analyzes the external macro environment of BV China by using PEST analysis method, and clarifies the macro situation of the industry in which the enterprise is located. This paper analyzes and studies BV's internal micro environment by using Porter's five forces model, clarifies its own advantages and disadvantages and its market competition situation, combines the results of internal and external analysis, and adopts SWOT analysis method. The comprehensive competitive environment of BV China is summarized, and EFE IFE is also used. The methods of CMP and QSPM matrix are used to quantitatively analyze the internal and external environment of BV in China, which makes the results more convincing. This paper puts forward the competitive strategy that BV China should integrate with third-party inspection and testing institutions, and points out that the growth strategy is the inevitable choice of BV China's competition strategy. It includes optimizing organization structure, introducing senior talents, perfecting incentive mechanism, improving marketing ability, strengthening customer relationship management and speeding up technological innovation. This paper hopes to promote the improvement of BV China's strategic management system through the case study of BV China, and provide reference for BV China's healthy and long-term development in the future. It also provides ideas for other third-party testing enterprises to compete with the third-party inspection organizations in our country.
