大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的紡織智能制造平臺架構(gòu)

【摘要】:在分析紡織工業(yè)面臨的"十三五"發(fā)展形勢與智能制造建設(shè)任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在新一代工業(yè)革命中的關(guān)鍵地位,詳細闡述了大數(shù)據(jù)對制造過程的透明化、精益化、高效化和智能化作用;诠I(yè)4.0參考架構(gòu)與中國智能制造標準化參考模型,分析了紡織智能制造的具體需求,以及信息物理融合技術(shù)與大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在紡織智能制造中的核心地位與驅(qū)動作用。提出了大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的紡織智能制造平臺體系架構(gòu),闡述了橫向集成、縱向集成與端到端集成3項智能制造工作,以及基于大數(shù)據(jù)平臺的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計智能化、生產(chǎn)組織智能化、營銷智能化、售后服務(wù)智能化等應(yīng)用場景。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the development situation of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the task of intelligent manufacturing construction in textile industry, the key position of big data technology in the new generation industrial revolution is discussed, and the transparency of big data to manufacturing process is expounded in detail. Lean, efficient and intelligent. Based on the reference architecture of industry 4.0 and the reference model of intelligent manufacturing in China, this paper analyzes the specific requirements of intelligent textile manufacturing, and the core position and driving role of information physical fusion technology and big data technology in intelligent textile manufacturing. The architecture of intelligent textile manufacturing platform driven by big data is proposed. Three items of intelligent manufacturing work, including horizontal integration, vertical integration and end-to-end integration, as well as product design intelligence and production organization intelligence based on big data platform are described. Marketing intelligence, intelligent after-sales service and other application scenarios.
