XL化肥有限公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建方法研究

【摘要】:本文以XL化肥公司為研究對(duì)象展開(kāi)研究分析。公司面臨原材料、能源及人工成本不斷上升的趨勢(shì),且銷售狀況持續(xù)低迷的狀態(tài),加之公司研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力不足,營(yíng)銷渠道不暢,忽視終端客戶需求等嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題。如此嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題擺在面前,公司在這些諸多的挑戰(zhàn)和困難中如何謀求生存、力求發(fā)展,才是本文研究重點(diǎn)即研究XL化肥公司企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建的問(wèn)題。 論文首先對(duì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行闡述,收集、匯總、總結(jié)諸多學(xué)者關(guān)于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的不同觀點(diǎn)和詮釋。同時(shí),介紹影響企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因素的理論,并指出對(duì)本文研究的意義。其次運(yùn)用SWOT和五力模型分析企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境,分析出影響企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因素論斷。影響XL化肥公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因素分別為:資源獲取能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、管理能力和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力。最后通過(guò)對(duì)XL化肥公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的分析研究構(gòu)建出具有針對(duì)性、客觀性和科學(xué)性的對(duì)策和方案。 本文從戰(zhàn)略范疇的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論研究該企業(yè)。首先對(duì)XL化肥公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力識(shí)別,其次對(duì)該企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,最后對(duì)該企業(yè)進(jìn)行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建策略實(shí)施,根據(jù)這一思路展開(kāi)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建研究。本文的研究方法較為新穎。本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)的理論研究方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)分析,使論文的分析結(jié)果具有完整性、邏輯性和參考價(jià)值。運(yùn)用SWOT分析模型對(duì)該企業(yè)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行有效分析;運(yùn)用五力模型對(duì)該行業(yè)進(jìn)行分析;根據(jù)前兩者的分析識(shí)別出核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素為中心對(duì)該企業(yè)進(jìn)行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)建重點(diǎn)分析,做到全文論述有據(jù)合乎邏輯,與傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)識(shí)別與確認(rèn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法不同。
[Abstract]:This paper takes XL Fertilizer Company as the research object. The company is faced with the rising trend of raw materials, energy and labor costs, and its sales situation is still low, coupled with the lack of R & D innovation, marketing channels, neglect of end-customer demand and other serious problems. In front of such a severe practical problem, how to survive and develop in these challenges and difficulties is the focus of this paper, that is, to study the construction of core competitiveness of XL Chemical Fertilizer Company. Firstly, the paper expatiates, collects, summarizes and summarizes many scholars' views and interpretations on core competence theory. At the same time, the paper introduces the theory of influencing the core competence of enterprises, and points out the significance of this study. Secondly, SWOT and five-force model are used to analyze the internal environment and industry environment, and the factors that affect the core competitiveness of enterprises are analyzed. The factors influencing XL chemical fertilizer company's core competitiveness are: resource acquisition ability, technology innovation ability, management ability and marketing ability. Finally, through the analysis and research on the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of XL Chemical Fertilizer Company, the countermeasures and schemes with pertinence, objectivity and science are constructed. This paper studies this enterprise from the core competence theory of strategic category. Firstly, the core competence of XL chemical fertilizer company is identified, secondly, the process of constructing the core competence of the enterprise is designed. Finally, the construction strategy of the core competence of the enterprise is put into practice, and the construction of the core competence of the enterprise is studied according to this train of thought. The research method in this paper is novel. In this paper, the systematic scientific analysis is carried out by the method of systematic theoretical research, which makes the analysis results of this paper complete, logical and reference value. Using SWOT analysis model to carry on the effective analysis to the enterprise interior; using the five forces model to analyze the industry; according to the first two analysis, identify the core competitiveness influence factor as the center to carry on the core competence construction analysis to the enterprise, The thesis is logical and different from the traditional methods of identifying and confirming the core competence.
