基于RFID及二維碼的軍墾牌肉制品質(zhì)量安全溯源系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:At present, the production of meat products, management system and other aspects are not perfect. Meat products breeding, production and marketing are scattered, management is difficult, information circulation is not convenient. The quality and safety problems of meat products are still severe. To strengthen the quality and safety control measures, to construct an efficient meat product quality monitoring system, to strengthen the standardization of production management, to realize the inquiry of production process information, and to realize the whole process traceability system of meat products. It is becoming increasingly important to ensure the safety of meat products. In this paper, the military reclamation brand meat products as the research object, referring to the domestic and foreign research experience in meat product quality and safety, using information technology RFID technology and database technology, designed based on RFID and QR code military reclamation brand meat products traceability system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) combined with the development of traceability mechanism at home and abroad, the application of traceability system and the selection method of traceability information, the deficiency and possible development direction of food traceability in China are put forward. A traceability system of meat products quality and safety based on RFID and QR code is proposed. (2) according to the requirements of government supervision, farmers, slaughtering and processing enterprises, vendors and consumers, the requirements are analyzed in detail. The RFID system and QR code are compared with other identification methods, the advantages and disadvantages of RFID and QR codes are pointed out, and the selection of equipment performance index of traceability system is completed. Completed the traceability system activity diagram and the overall framework. (3) designed a multi-RFID reader traceability system, according to the device needs to meet the protocol and basic performance indicators as well as the application needs to select the reader. According to the requirements of traceability information collection, the selection of traceability information in each stage of meat product chain was completed. (4) the encoding scheme of pork product was designed by referring to the relevant coding methods and relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad. The functional modules of the system are divided according to the user demand analysis. Users of each node are modeled abstractly and use case diagrams are drawn for each role. According to the information exchange among the objects in the system, the control sequence diagram and the data flow diagram of the traceability system are drawn. According to the characteristics of the system, the traceability model of the quality and safety traceability system of the military brand meat products based on RFID and QR code is constructed. The table structure is drawn and the database design is completed.
