【摘要】：隨著FDD牌照的正式發(fā)放,三大運營商在4G市場的競爭開始進入白熱化,傳統(tǒng)的大眾化客戶營銷服務模式已不能滿足業(yè)務發(fā)展的需要。在市場競爭新格局的驅使下,中國移動通信集團廣東有限公司廣州分公司(下文簡稱“廣州移動”)對傳統(tǒng)組織架構與運營模式進一步優(yōu)化,引入優(yōu)秀的網格化營銷思維。通過GSS系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應用,促使客戶經理辦公模式從“分散服務”向“移動辦公”、“被動服務”向“主動服務”兩大方向轉型,形成移動、即時、便捷、高效等四個優(yōu)勢,推動了廣州移動的網格化運營能力不斷升級。GSS系統(tǒng)是以業(yè)務需求為導向,基于GIS技術而開發(fā)的全業(yè)務運營支撐系統(tǒng),是一個用于客戶服務管理的APP,該應用加載于安卓操作系統(tǒng),通過與外部系統(tǒng)的對接,最終實現(xiàn)八個功能模塊。本課題通過分析目前企業(yè)概況、在用系統(tǒng)概況、集團客戶經理工作內容等情況,分析了GSS系統(tǒng)這一APP的功能需求、外部接口需求和非功能需求。并在需求分析的基礎上,充分考慮到APP的實用性、可擴充性等,完成了各功能模塊的開發(fā)研究,包括體系架構、功能架構以及系統(tǒng)的接口設計。系統(tǒng)設計完成后,通過四大測試步驟,從六個測試策略出發(fā),執(zhí)行169個測試用例,測試系統(tǒng)設計的全部功能模塊,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)各項功能與性能全部滿足設計要求。GSS系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了全業(yè)務發(fā)展流程的閉環(huán)管理,全程可視化支撐。重點實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一完善的業(yè)務拓展及建設、受理、客戶服務等業(yè)務功能。為客戶經理現(xiàn)場辦公給予系統(tǒng)支撐,簡化客戶經理工作。在文章最后對于論文的撰寫進行總結,并簡述下一步系統(tǒng)的改進方向。
[Abstract]:With the formal issuance of FDD licences, the competition among the three major operators in the 4G market has begun to intensify. The traditional popular customer marketing service model can no longer meet the needs of business development. Driven by the new market competition, Guangzhou Branch of China Mobile Communications Group Guangdong Limited (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Mobile) further optimizes the traditional organizational structure and operation mode, and introduces excellent grid marketing thinking. Through the development and application of GSS system, it can promote the transformation from "decentralized service" to "mobile office" and "passive service" to "active service" in order to form four advantages: mobile, instant, convenient and efficient. GSS is a full-service operation support system based on GIS technology. It is an app for customer service management, which is loaded on Android operating system. Through the docking with the external system, the final implementation of eight functional modules. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the enterprise, the general situation of the system and the working content of the group account manager, this paper analyzes the functional requirements, external interface requirements and non-functional requirements of the GSS system as an app. On the basis of requirement analysis and considering the practicability and expansibility of app, the development and research of each functional module are completed, including architecture, functional architecture and interface design of the system. After the completion of the system design, through four test steps, starting from six test strategies, 169 test cases were executed, and all the functional modules of the system were tested. All the functions and performance of the system meet the design requirements. GSS system realizes the closed-loop management of the whole business development process, and the whole process of visual support. Focus on the implementation of unified and perfect business development and construction, acceptance, customer service and other business functions. Provide system support for the customer manager on-the-spot work, simplify the work of the account manager. At the end of the article, the author summarizes the writing of the paper, and briefly describes the direction of system improvement.
