基于C2M模式的PCB定制服務(wù)平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:基于 C2M(Customer to Manufactory,客戶對工廠)模式的 PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷電路板)定制服務(wù)平臺是實現(xiàn)工業(yè)4.0大背景下PCB制造行業(yè)向自動化、智能化、定制化發(fā)展的第一步。通過此平臺將客戶訂單直接轉(zhuǎn)化為制造工廠的生產(chǎn)訂單,實現(xiàn)PCB產(chǎn)品的私人訂制和在線交易。PCB定制服務(wù)平臺就是為了建立客戶或企業(yè)與硬件工廠直接溝通的平臺,從而省去了硬件公司這個中間環(huán)節(jié),實現(xiàn)PCB行業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)的營銷模式向線上營銷模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。PCB定制服務(wù)平臺由在線定制子系統(tǒng)和智能報價子系統(tǒng)組成。首先用戶在在線定制子系統(tǒng)中上傳想要定制的PCB產(chǎn)品的工程資料,智能報價子系統(tǒng)根據(jù)該產(chǎn)品的工程資料進行報價計算,工廠管理員對該報價進行審核后得出最終報價,然后在在線定制子系統(tǒng)中對報價信息進行展示,用戶同意報價后完成在線下單和支付。產(chǎn)品定制完成后,訂單信息直接推送到制造工廠的ERP系統(tǒng)中,將客戶訂單轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)訂單,供工廠生產(chǎn)。在線定制子系統(tǒng)是面向國外客戶或者企業(yè)的,采用英文網(wǎng)站,實現(xiàn)了 PCB產(chǎn)品的在線定制和購買等功能。智能報價子系統(tǒng)是面向國內(nèi)PCB制造工廠管理人員的,采用中文網(wǎng)站,實現(xiàn)了 PCB產(chǎn)品的價格計算和報價審核等功能。筆者參與了該平臺的需求分析、概要設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)以及測試的全過程。在系統(tǒng)需求分析階段,筆者通過與客戶溝通以及了解PCB制造工廠的生產(chǎn)流程,進一步明確用戶需求,明確兩個子系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程以及功能需求和非功能需求。在概要設(shè)計階段,對系統(tǒng)的進行技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,并使用功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖詳細劃分兩個子系統(tǒng),明確其具體功能。在詳細設(shè)計階段,應(yīng)用SpringMVC框架和MyBatis框架等技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了在線定制子系統(tǒng)的用戶中心模塊、在線定制模塊、在線下單模塊、訂單管理模塊以及智能報價子系統(tǒng)的用戶中心模塊和報價管理模塊。最后在測試階段,對平臺進行功能測試和非功能測試,并撰寫測試用例來說明測試結(jié)果。該平臺已經(jīng)完成了基本模塊的開發(fā)測試任務(wù),正在試運行并完善階段。仍有一些需要改進和補充的方面,在后續(xù)迭代中將會持續(xù)實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The customized service platform of printed Circuit Board (PCB) based on C2M (customer to Manual Factory) mode is the first step to realize the development of automation, intelligence and customization in PCB manufacturing industry under the background of industry 4.0. Through this platform, the customer order can be transformed directly into the production order of the manufacturing plant. The realization of the private order of PCB products and the online transaction. PCB customization service platform is to establish a platform for customers or enterprises to communicate directly with the hardware factory. Thus eliminating the hardware company as the intermediate link, the PCB industry from the traditional marketing model to the online marketing mode transformation. PCB customization service platform consists of online customization subsystem and intelligent quotation subsystem. First, the user uploads the engineering information of the PCB products to be customized in the online customization subsystem. The intelligent quotation subsystem calculates the price according to the engineering information of the product, and the factory administrator verifies the quotation and obtains the final quotation. Then the bidding information is displayed in the online customization subsystem. After the user agrees to the quotation, the order and payment are issued online. After the product customization is completed, the order information is directly pushed to the ERP system of the manufacturing plant, and the customer order is transformed into the production order for the factory to produce. The online customization subsystem is oriented to foreign customers or enterprises. It uses English website to realize online customization and purchase of PCB products. The intelligent quotation subsystem is aimed at the managers of PCB manufacturing factories in China. The Chinese website is used to realize the functions of price calculation and quotation checking of PCB products. The author participated in the whole process of requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design and implementation, and testing of the platform. In the phase of system requirement analysis, the author further clarifies the user requirements, the business process of the two subsystems and the functional and non-functional requirements by communicating with customers and understanding the production process of PCB manufacturing plant. In the stage of outline design, the technical architecture and database design of the system are designed, and the function structure diagram is used to divide the two subsystems in detail, and its specific function is clarified. In the detailed design stage, we use Spring MVC framework and MyBatis framework to realize the user center module, online customization module, online order module, etc. Order management module, intelligent quotation subsystem user center module and quotation management module. Finally, in the test phase, the platform is tested by functional and non-functional tests, and test cases are written to illustrate the test results. The platform has completed the development and testing of the basic module, and is running and perfecting phase. There are still some areas that need to be improved and supplemented and will continue to be implemented in subsequent iterations.
