【摘要】：隨著三網(wǎng)融合的推進(jìn)及全業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營(yíng),廣電企業(yè)面臨著全業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)和差異化服務(wù)的需求下市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的挑戰(zhàn)。為此,江蘇有線南京分公司提出了支持營(yíng)銷轉(zhuǎn)型的“轉(zhuǎn)型、創(chuàng)新、極致”六字戰(zhàn)略方針,并制定了從運(yùn)維型企業(yè)向營(yíng)銷型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的演進(jìn)路線,這必將給公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐帶來(lái)越來(lái)越多的變化和要求,快速實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)級(jí)精確化營(yíng)銷、網(wǎng)格化營(yíng)銷,現(xiàn)有的IT系統(tǒng)缺乏有效的支撐手段,迫切需要提升IT系統(tǒng)能力特別是基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源數(shù)據(jù)共享能力來(lái)支撐企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷轉(zhuǎn)型以適應(yīng)快速的市場(chǎng)變化。論文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面工作:(1)開發(fā)了以SuperMap為基礎(chǔ)的GIS平臺(tái)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)江蘇有線南京分公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程建設(shè)文檔和物理資源(管線、光纜)的數(shù)字化管理,以及基于電子地圖的展現(xiàn)和查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析等功能。(2)梳理了江蘇有線南京分公司邏輯資源鏈路,將IP城域網(wǎng)和傳輸網(wǎng)的資源信息納入資源管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了邏輯資源配置、確認(rèn)和調(diào)整的功能,對(duì)外圍周邊提供能力支撐。(3)建立了江蘇有線南京分公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地址模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了統(tǒng)一的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的廣電企業(yè)級(jí)地址資料庫(kù)。建設(shè)資源管理系統(tǒng)“選址平臺(tái)”,對(duì)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地址進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。(4)建立了系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的接口層,及時(shí)有效共享的資源管理數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the integration of three networks and the operation of the whole business, the radio and television enterprises are facing the challenge of market competition under the demand of the full-service operation and the differentiated service. Therefore, Jiangsu Cable Nanjing Branch put forward a six-character strategic policy of "transformation, innovation and extreme" to support the marketing transformation, and formulated the evolution route from the operation and maintenance enterprises to the marketing enterprises. This will surely bring more changes and requirements to the company's operational support, and quickly realize enterprise level accurate marketing, grid marketing, and the lack of effective support means for existing IT systems. It is urgent to improve the capability of IT system, especially the ability of data sharing of basic network resources, in order to support the marketing transformation of enterprises to adapt to the rapid market changes. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the GIS platform software based on SuperMap is developed, and the digital management of network construction documents and physical resources (pipeline, optical cable) of Jiangsu Cable Nanjing Branch is realized. And based on the display and query of electronic map, statistics, analysis and other functions. (2) combing the logical resource link of Jiangsu Cable Nanjing Branch, bringing the resource information of IP metropolitan area network and transmission network into resource management, realizing the logical resource allocation. The function of confirming and adjusting can support the peripheral area. (3) the standard address model of Jiangsu Cable Nanjing Branch is established, and a unified, standard radio and television enterprise address database is established. The "site selection platform" of the resource management system is constructed, and the standard address of the company is managed uniformly. (4) the interface layer of the system standard is established to share the resource management data in time and effectively.
