【摘要】：東航上海部是主管本公司的業(yè)務(wù)工作的主要部門,工作內(nèi)容較多而繁雜,但辦公系統(tǒng)信息化建設(shè)還處于初級階段,沒有統(tǒng)一有效的信息系統(tǒng)來規(guī)范管理各項業(yè)務(wù)。本文在這一實際需求的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析該部各項業(yè)務(wù)流程,提供了全面的辦公管理解決方案。辦公自動化就是利用計算機信息技術(shù)和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),將辦公流程由計算技術(shù)進行實施控制,提供過程管理、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、查詢修正等基本功能,以提高辦公效率和管理水平,實現(xiàn)各部門日常業(yè)務(wù)工作的規(guī)范化、電子化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,實現(xiàn)“無紙”辦公。本文根據(jù)作者的實際工作經(jīng)歷為背景,基于軟件工程的思想,采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒?以SQL Server 2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫,以Visual Studio 2012為開發(fā)工具,以C#為編程語言,構(gòu)建了一個基于.NET平臺的、簡單、易用的東航上海部企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。首先本文介紹了該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺、開發(fā)語言、三層結(jié)構(gòu)體系等;然后對該系統(tǒng)的功能需求和性能需求進行分析,繪制了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖、總體流程圖等,并編制了數(shù)據(jù)庫的E-R模型;再根據(jù)該部門的實際辦公情況,編制了業(yè)務(wù)流程模型;接下來編碼實現(xiàn)了本系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊。最后進行了測試。本文的具體研究內(nèi)容是:1整理了東航上海部各項業(yè)務(wù),包括人力資源管理、對外業(yè)務(wù)過程管理、內(nèi)部辦公管理、文檔資料管理,明確了它們的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并編制了適合該部辦公流程的流程控制;2采用了鑒印批復(fù)的方式,使得辦公文件的上傳下達有了權(quán)威性,且只依靠本系統(tǒng)就可以完成;3提高了辦公自動化的信息實時化,實現(xiàn)了辦公內(nèi)網(wǎng)聊天工具,短信息提醒等。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過東航上海部測試及試用,確實顯著提高了該部門的辦事效率,起到了改進工作的效果,用戶也提出了增加移動客戶端功能等進一步需求,有待在后面的工作中不斷完善。
[Abstract]:The Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines is the main department in charge of the business work of the company. The contents of the work are more and more complicated, but the information construction of the office system is still in the initial stage, and there is no unified and effective information system to standardize the management of the business. On the basis of this practical requirement, this paper deeply analyzes the business process of the department, and provides a comprehensive office management solution. Office automation is to use computer information technology and computer network technology to control office flow by computing technology, provide basic functions such as process management, data storage, query and correction, in order to improve office efficiency and management level. Achieve the standardization of daily business work of various departments, electronic, standardized, to achieve "paperless" office. In this paper, based on the author's actual work experience, based on the idea of software engineering, an object oriented method, SQL Server 2008 as database, Visual Studio 2012 as development tool and C # as programming language, a .NET platform is constructed. Simple, easy-to-use office automation system for the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines. First of all, this paper introduces the development platform, development language, three-tier structure system, and then analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the system, and draws the system structure diagram, overall flow chart, etc. The E-R model of the database is worked out, and the business process model is compiled according to the actual office conditions of the department. Then, the various functional modules of the system are implemented by coding. Finally, the test is carried out. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1, sorting out the various operations of the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines, including human resources management, external business process management, internal office management, document management, and clarifying their business processes. The process control system which is suitable for the office flow of this department has adopted the method of seal and approval, which makes the uploading and issuing of office documents authoritative, and it can improve the real-time information of office automation by only relying on this system. Office intranet chat tools, short message reminders and so on. The system has been tested and tried by the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines, which has obviously improved the efficiency of the department and played a role in improving the work. Users have also put forward further requirements such as increasing the functions of mobile clients. It needs to be perfected in the later work.
