【摘要】:作為“金磚四國”的西南角,巴西的經(jīng)濟(jì)實力居中南美洲之首。尤其是在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)方面基礎(chǔ)雄厚,巴西已經(jīng)擁有包括冶金、鋼鐵、機(jī)械設(shè)備、汽車、飛機(jī)制造、化工等在內(nèi)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系。依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,巴西國內(nèi)的機(jī)床年消耗量逐年升高,巴西的機(jī)床市場已經(jīng)成為了全球最大的機(jī)床市場之一。在全球金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)之后,巴西政府出臺各種政策應(yīng)對危機(jī)給巴西經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來的負(fù)面影響。自從2012年以來,巴西市場逐步從低迷的經(jīng)濟(jì)市場復(fù)蘇過來,同時也帶動了工程機(jī)械市場的迅猛發(fā)展。作為全球機(jī)床消費的大市場之一,巴西市場的巨大潛力吸引了國內(nèi)外的機(jī)床制造商。特別是在經(jīng)過了全球金融危機(jī)的洗禮之后,巴西市場向所有人展現(xiàn)了它的巨大魅力與深厚實力。 沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)目前為國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模最大的綜合性機(jī)床制造廠和國家級數(shù)控機(jī)床研制制造基地,機(jī)床產(chǎn)銷量居中國首位。作為中國機(jī)床行業(yè)的典型代表和龍頭企業(yè),沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)承擔(dān)著讓世界認(rèn)識中國品牌,引領(lǐng)中國機(jī)床品牌進(jìn)入國際市場艱巨任務(wù)。自2005年開始,沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)致力于海外市場的開發(fā),,分別在美國、德國、加拿大和土耳其先后成立分公司。2008年金融危機(jī)爆發(fā),對全世界范圍內(nèi)有著“工業(yè)母機(jī)”之稱的機(jī)床行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了巨大沖擊。在經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸復(fù)蘇的今天,沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)將不斷占領(lǐng)和擴(kuò)大南美洲機(jī)床市場作為沈陽機(jī)床調(diào)整國際市場結(jié)構(gòu)的重要部分,而巴西則是該市場的核心和根據(jù)地。 本文依據(jù)市場開發(fā)相關(guān)理論、市場營銷策略等基礎(chǔ)理論,結(jié)合巴西國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人文等實際情況,根據(jù)巴西機(jī)床行業(yè)和巴西機(jī)床市場的結(jié)構(gòu)和特點,綜合分析國際金融危機(jī)背景下,公司開發(fā)巴西市場將會面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合近幾年來對巴西出口機(jī)床貿(mào)易中遇到的問題,針對問題原因進(jìn)行分析,找出解決這些問題的合適方法及制定適合巴西市場的市場開發(fā)策略。
[Abstract]:As the southwest corner of the "BRIC countries", Brazil's economic strength is the first in South America. Especially in modern industry, Brazil has an industrial production system including metallurgy, steel, mechanical equipment, automobile, aircraft manufacturing, chemical industry and so on. According to statistics, the annual consumption of machine tools in Brazil is increasing year by year. The machine tool market in the West has become one of the largest machine tools market in the world. After the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the Brazil government has issued various policies to deal with the negative impact of the crisis on the economy of Brazil. Since 2012, the Brazil market has gradually recovered from the sluggish economic market and also led to the rapid development of the construction machinery market. As one of the largest market for machine tool consumption in the world, the great potential of the Brazil market attracts machine tool manufacturers both at home and abroad. Especially after the baptism of the global financial crisis, the Brazil market has shown its great charm and strong strength to all.
Shenyang machine tool group is currently the largest comprehensive machine tool manufacturer and national CNC machine tool manufacturing base. Machine tool production and sales are the first in China. Based on the theory of market development, marketing strategy and other basic theories, combined with the political, economic and humane conditions of Brazil countries, according to the structure and characteristics of Brazil machine tool industry and the machine tool market of Brazil, the opportunities and challenges that the company will face under the background of the international financial crisis will be analyzed. In the past year, the problems encountered in Brazil's export machine tool trade were analyzed, the reasons for the problems were analyzed, and the appropriate methods to solve these problems were found and the market development strategies suitable for the Brazil market were formulated.
