青島ACD外語學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷策略研究

【摘要】:本論文是在現(xiàn)今社會發(fā)展的浪潮中,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展和持續(xù)完善,以及人們生活習(xí)性的轉(zhuǎn)變,網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷活動也逐漸成為外語培訓(xùn)行業(yè)里的熱點(diǎn)話題,這樣也使得人們對于外語學(xué)習(xí)的需求也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,因此,給外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校拓展業(yè)務(wù)帶來了更多的機(jī)會與挑戰(zhàn)。在實(shí)際的生活中,外語學(xué)習(xí)正在不斷的在被人們所重視,但是人們怎樣去找到一個適合自己學(xué)習(xí)外語的方式、獲取哪些外語學(xué)校信息的途徑卻是很少的。最常見的就是想要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)去尋找,然而通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)找到的結(jié)果往往令人不滿意,似乎都不如自己親身去實(shí)體店鋪體驗(yàn)來的更真實(shí)。外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校通過實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷,不但可以方便學(xué)員隨時隨地進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí),更可以提高學(xué)校的服務(wù)水平,提升學(xué)校的知名度,對于學(xué)校和學(xué)員來說就是雙贏的好結(jié)果。本論文主要是從網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷、傳統(tǒng)營銷、SWOT等理論入手,同時結(jié)合現(xiàn)代營銷管理理論,分析青島外語培訓(xùn)市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,對青島外語培訓(xùn)市場中現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷方式進(jìn)行評估,通過評估探索出一套適合青島外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校特點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷方法,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷理論概念與實(shí)際操作進(jìn)行完美的結(jié)合,并將這些研究成果應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)實(shí)工作當(dāng)中。有針對性的對ACD外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校制定網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷策略,從而提高外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的質(zhì)量、減緩?fù)庹Z學(xué)習(xí)者選擇的困擾。通過一系列研究,使ACD外語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷規(guī)劃,同時也為學(xué)校帶來實(shí)際的收益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and continuous improvement of the Internet and the change of people's living habits, the online marketing has gradually become a hot topic in the foreign language training industry. Therefore, it brings more opportunities and challenges for foreign language training schools to expand their business. In real life, foreign language learning is being paid more and more attention, but how to find a suitable way for people to learn foreign languages, and how to get information about foreign language schools are few. The most common way to find it is to look for it on the Internet, but the results are often unsatisfactory and seem less real than what you experience in physical stores yourself. Through the implementation of network marketing, foreign language training schools can not only facilitate students to study online anytime and anywhere, but also improve the service level of the school and enhance the popularity of the school. It is a win-win good result for the school and the students. This thesis mainly starts with the theories of network marketing, traditional marketing and SWOT, and combines with the modern marketing management theory to analyze the present situation and problems of Qingdao foreign language training market network marketing. This paper evaluates the existing network marketing methods in Qingdao foreign language training market, explores a set of network marketing methods suitable for the characteristics of Qingdao foreign language training school, and perfectly combines the concept of network marketing theory with the practical operation. And apply these research results to the actual work. In order to improve the quality of foreign language training schools and ease the puzzles of foreign language learners' choice, we should formulate a network marketing strategy for ACD foreign language training schools. Through a series of studies, the ACD foreign language training school can complete the network marketing plan and bring practical benefits to the school.
