【摘要】：品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)是品牌農(nóng)業(yè)位于村鎮(zhèn)主要地位的,對當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展具有明顯帶動作用的村鎮(zhèn)。其憑借先天的農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,在現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的推動下,通過農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌的創(chuàng)建與營銷,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,帶動農(nóng)民和村鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)走上致富道路的一種新型村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式,對我國以農(nóng)業(yè)為主的村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展起到了積極的示范作用。本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)型村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃存在的問題及原因,提出新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,發(fā)展品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)的必要性,目的在于探討出有利于品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的一套規(guī)劃方法,并且以研究生期間參與的棲霞市蛇窩泊鎮(zhèn)新型村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃案例進(jìn)行探討,以深化品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃思路,尋找出一套完整且具有普遍指導(dǎo)意義的品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃方法。論文在論述品牌農(nóng)業(yè)和品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)涵與基本特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從村鎮(zhèn)體系、布局結(jié)構(gòu)模式、規(guī)劃編制、規(guī)劃管理建議等方面對品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行具體的規(guī)劃研究,提出了適宜品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的“鎮(zhèn)區(qū)——中心村——家庭農(nóng)場及村落”三級居民點(diǎn)體系,最適宜品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)中心村發(fā)展的人口規(guī)模,以及品牌農(nóng)業(yè)型新型村鎮(zhèn)中鎮(zhèn)區(qū)、中心村、家庭農(nóng)場及村落的布局結(jié)構(gòu)模式等觀點(diǎn),可以為今后以農(nóng)業(yè)為主的村鎮(zhèn)研究提供參考,對以后村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃工作的指導(dǎo)也具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Brand agriculture is a new type of village and town, which plays an important role in the development of local economy and culture. By virtue of its inherent advantage of agricultural resources and the promotion of modern science and technology, it realizes the development of agricultural industrialization through the establishment and marketing of agricultural products brands, and drives farmers and village enterprises to embark on a new mode of development of villages and towns on the road of becoming rich. It has played an active role in demonstrating the development of villages and towns in China. On the basis of summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the planning of traditional agricultural villages and towns, and puts forward the necessity of carrying out the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture and developing new type villages and towns of brand agriculture under the background of new urbanization. The purpose of this paper is to explore a set of planning methods conducive to the development of new type villages and towns of brand agriculture, and to discuss the planning cases of new type villages and towns in Shewobo town of Qixia City in the period of graduate students, in order to deepen the planning ideas of new type villages and towns of brand agriculture. To find out a set of complete and universal guiding significance of brand agriculture new type of village planning method. On the basis of discussing the connotation and basic characteristics of brand agriculture and brand agriculture new type villages and towns, the paper separately from the village and town system, layout structure model, planning, compilation, Planning and management suggestions and other aspects of the brand agricultural type of new villages and towns for specific planning research, put forward a brand agricultural new type of villages and towns suitable for the development of "township-centro-village-family farm and village" three-level residential system, The most suitable population scale for the development of brand agricultural new type villages and towns, as well as the layout and structure model of brand agricultural new type villages and towns, central villages, family farms and villages, etc. It can be used as a reference for the future study of villages and towns based on agriculture, and also has certain practical significance for the guidance of the planning of villages and towns in the future.
