壽命隨機(jī)分布下設(shè)備易損件的經(jīng)濟(jì)使用壽命與采購(gòu)策略

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益劇烈和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題對(duì)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響也越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)的重視,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量已經(jīng)能夠作為企業(yè)的一種重要的營(yíng)銷手段在劇烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中進(jìn)行運(yùn)用,在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,設(shè)備作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的唯一載體,已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展成為企業(yè)走出世界走向全球化的關(guān)鍵。設(shè)備的運(yùn)行與管理的主要內(nèi)容包括在使用過(guò)程中對(duì)設(shè)備的維護(hù)、檢修以及零配件的供應(yīng)等,而企業(yè)能夠創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的時(shí)候也正是設(shè)備工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候。因此設(shè)備在這個(gè)階段能否安全穩(wěn)定有保障的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),不僅會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的制定以及實(shí)現(xiàn)造成影響,甚至還會(huì)影響到整個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。隨著設(shè)備制造技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)代制造設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)也愈趨復(fù)雜,制造型企業(yè)的設(shè)備關(guān)鍵易損件在壽命隨機(jī)分布的條件下,經(jīng)常由于各種不確定因素導(dǎo)致設(shè)備的故障甚至停機(jī),易損件訂單采購(gòu)跟不上設(shè)備管理需求,造成不必要的損失,這不僅嚴(yán)重影響到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,也極大的削弱了企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文主要圍繞設(shè)備關(guān)鍵易損件的壽命分布展開,分別建立兩種模型針對(duì)設(shè)備不同的情況進(jìn)行分析,提出將設(shè)備易損件需求預(yù)測(cè)、壽命分析、采購(gòu)策略以及庫(kù)存策略相結(jié)合的模型來(lái)求解基于不同供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下設(shè)備易損件的經(jīng)濟(jì)使用時(shí)間和采購(gòu)策略問(wèn)題,同時(shí)將建立采購(gòu)周期內(nèi)設(shè)備運(yùn)行的成本優(yōu)化模型,采用將搜索算法和窮盡法等算法相結(jié)合的混合啟發(fā)式算法來(lái)優(yōu)化模型,得到最優(yōu)配置解。通過(guò)本文的研究,將為企業(yè)建立快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制,能夠更好的確定設(shè)備的最優(yōu)使用時(shí)間,從而更好的做出更換決策,減少甚至消除掉設(shè)備故障停機(jī)等引進(jìn)的一系列問(wèn)題,提高設(shè)備易損件訂單采購(gòu)的預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性和執(zhí)行高效性,最終來(lái)達(dá)到增強(qiáng)制造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market and the impact of product quality on social stability and sustainable development, more and more attention has been paid to it. Product quality has been used as an important marketing means of enterprises in the fierce market competition, in the current economic situation, equipment as the only carrier of enterprise production products, It has gradually developed into the key for enterprises to go out of the world and go global. The main contents of the operation and management of the equipment include the maintenance of the equipment, the maintenance of the equipment and the supply of spare parts in the process of use, and the time when the enterprise can create economic benefits is also the time for the operation of the equipment. Therefore, whether the equipment can run safely and stably at this stage will not only affect the establishment and realization of enterprise production plan, but also affect the production efficiency and economic benefit of the whole enterprise. With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing technology and the progress of science and technology, the structure of modern manufacturing equipment is becoming more and more complex. Often due to various uncertain factors, equipment failure or even downtime, the purchase of vulnerable parts can not keep up with the equipment management requirements, resulting in unnecessary losses, which not only seriously affect the production efficiency of enterprises. It also greatly weakened the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. This paper mainly focuses on the distribution of the life of the key parts of the equipment. Two models are established to analyze the different conditions of the equipment, and the demand forecast and life analysis of the equipment are put forward. The model of purchasing strategy and inventory strategy is combined to solve the problem of the economical usage time and purchasing strategy of the equipment vulnerable parts under different supply chain environment. At the same time, the cost optimization model of the equipment running in the purchasing cycle will be established. A hybrid heuristic algorithm, which combines search algorithm with exhaustive algorithm, is used to optimize the model and obtain the optimal collocation solution. Through the research in this paper, the rapid reaction mechanism will be established for the enterprise, which can better determine the optimal service time of the equipment, thus better make the replacement decision, reduce or even eliminate a series of imported problems such as equipment failure and downtime, etc. Improve the accuracy and efficiency of the order purchase of equipment parts, and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
