【摘要】:當今通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度是非常快的,通信行業(yè)在人們的生活中越來越重要,已經(jīng)進入到人們生活的方方面面。因此通信行業(yè)也成為當今炙手可熱的行業(yè),在市場上的競爭也是越來越激烈,而各個公司制定的一些營銷策略也是多種多樣百花齊放。為了吸引更多的客戶,運營商現(xiàn)在需要制定具有自己特色又非常有競爭力的策略是迫在眉睫,可以通過調(diào)整或者對資源配置進行優(yōu)化來減少企業(yè)成本,擴大利潤,也增強企業(yè)的核心競爭力。該論文就利用了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的技術(shù),來分析市場人員和客戶,從而第一時間把握市場的一些重要的信息數(shù)據(jù),而用Java進行開發(fā),這就是開發(fā)該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。根據(jù)遼寧聯(lián)通營銷支撐管理系統(tǒng)的具體需求分析,結(jié)合本系統(tǒng)的實際特點,可將本系統(tǒng)分為五大模塊:聯(lián)通營銷管理模塊、賬務業(yè)務管理模塊、市場渠道營銷模塊、名單制與考核管理模塊和系統(tǒng)安全與維護管理模塊。其中,聯(lián)通營銷管理模塊又包括主要經(jīng)營指標、渠道監(jiān)控、行業(yè)監(jiān)控、橫向?qū)撕徒?jīng)營通報等五個功能;賬務業(yè)務管理模塊包括賬戶查詢、通用查詢、欠費追繳和寬帶到期等四個功能;市場渠道營銷模塊包括渠道與部門關(guān)系維護、基站與部門關(guān)系維護、名單制與考核客戶分配、駐地網(wǎng)管理、目標市場名單制與考核管理和年度預算排產(chǎn)六個功能;名單制與考核管理包括名單制與考核客戶管理、商機管理、手工帳管理、雙計考核配置和雙計考核報表等五個功能·,系統(tǒng)安全與維護管理模塊包括用戶管理、角色管理、系統(tǒng)資源管理、系統(tǒng)公告和日志管理等五個功能。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)大大提高了企業(yè)的利潤,提高了企業(yè)工作的效率,也增強企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development of communication industry is very fast. Communication industry is more and more important in people's life, and has entered every aspect of people's life. Therefore, the communication industry has become a hot industry, and the competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce. In order to attract more customers, it is urgent for the operators to make their own characteristic and very competitive strategy. They can reduce the cost and expand the profit by adjusting or optimizing the allocation of resources. Also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper uses the technology of data mining to analyze the market personnel and customers, so as to grasp some important information data of the market in the first time, and develop it with Java, which is the key to develop the system. According to the specific demand analysis of Liaoning Unicom marketing support management system, combined with the actual characteristics of this system, the system can be divided into five modules: Unicom marketing management module, account business management module, market channel marketing module. List system and examination management module and system security and maintenance management module. Among them, the Unicom marketing management module also includes five functions: main operating indicators, channel monitoring, industry monitoring, horizontal marking and business notification. The account business management module includes account inquiry, general query, etc. The marketing module includes the maintenance of the relationship between the channel and the department, the maintenance of the relationship between the base station and the department, the distribution of the list system and the examination of the customer, the management of the resident network, Target market list system and assessment management and annual budget production management six functions; list system and assessment management includes list system and examination customer management, business opportunity management, manual account management, The system security and maintenance management module includes five functions: user management, role management, system resource management, system announcement and log management. The development of the system greatly improves the profit of the enterprise, improves the efficiency of the enterprise work, and strengthens the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
