【摘要】：智能電網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn),給傳統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)了一定的沖擊,也對(duì)供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提出了新的要求,供電企業(yè)也面臨著新的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,在智能電網(wǎng)背景下,供電企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析成為了一個(gè)重要課題。本文首先對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展背景、特點(diǎn)以及概念進(jìn)行了相關(guān)闡述,并且對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了分析,指出智能電網(wǎng)是未來(lái)電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的大勢(shì)所趨；然后,對(duì)于一般理論上的企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概述,主要包括企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析的概念、作用、流程和方法等。以上述分析為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)供電企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的特點(diǎn)以及其在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的基礎(chǔ)作用等特點(diǎn),分析了供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析的特殊性,進(jìn)而提出了智能電網(wǎng)框架下供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析的概念及要求,并指出供電企業(yè)為應(yīng)對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)的新的挑戰(zhàn),其經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)需要做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整；隨后,根據(jù)供電企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn),及指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則,建立了供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析指標(biāo)體系,并重點(diǎn)對(duì)營(yíng)銷與收入、供電成本、供電企業(yè)利潤(rùn)分析、資產(chǎn)狀況分析、人力資源狀況分析、電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行與安全生產(chǎn)分析和企業(yè)投資融資分析等指標(biāo)做了分析說(shuō)明,進(jìn)而得出了本文所要重點(diǎn)分析的三個(gè)指標(biāo)：售電量分析、售電平均單價(jià)分析和售電利潤(rùn)分析；然后總結(jié)分析了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析的主要模型,并對(duì)各種模型的使用對(duì)象、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的闡述,進(jìn)而以國(guó)家電網(wǎng)下屬某供電企業(yè)A企業(yè)為例,從售電量、售電平均單價(jià)和售電利潤(rùn)三個(gè)方面對(duì)A企業(yè)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)實(shí)證分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,給出了相應(yīng)的建議；最后,對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)框架下,供電企業(yè)未來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析方案做了總結(jié)與展望。希望本文的研究能對(duì)其他供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The emergence of smart grid has brought a certain impact to the traditional power grid, but also put forward new requirements for the operation and management of power supply enterprises, power supply enterprises are also facing new problems and challenges. Therefore, under the background of smart grid, how to analyze the economic activities of power supply enterprises has become an important topic. In this paper, the development background, characteristics and concept of smart grid are described, and the development prospect of smart grid is analyzed. It is pointed out that smart grid is the trend of the future development of power grid. This paper gives a brief overview of the economic activities of enterprises in general, including the concepts, functions, processes and methods of the analysis of economic activities of enterprises. Based on the above analysis, according to the characteristics of the products and services of power supply enterprises and their basic role in the development of the national economy, the particularity of the analysis of economic activities of power supply enterprises is analyzed. Furthermore, the concept and requirements of economic activity analysis of power supply enterprises under the framework of smart grid are put forward, and it is pointed out that the economic activities of power supply enterprises need to be adjusted accordingly in order to meet the new challenges brought by smart grid. According to the characteristics of power supply enterprises and the construction principle of index system, the index system of economic activity analysis of power supply enterprises is established, and the analysis of marketing and income, power supply cost, power supply enterprise profit, assets condition are emphasized. The human resource condition analysis, power grid operation and safety production analysis and enterprise investment and financing analysis are analyzed and explained, and then three key indicators of this paper are obtained: electricity sales analysis, Then it summarizes and analyzes the main models of enterprise economic activity analysis, and briefly expounds the use object, advantages and disadvantages of each model. Then taking a power supply enterprise A under State Grid as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the economic activities of A enterprise from three aspects of electricity sales, average unit price and profit of electricity sale, and gives corresponding suggestions according to the results of the analysis. The future economic activity analysis scheme of power supply enterprises under the framework of smart grid is summarized and prospected. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide useful reference for the analysis of economic activities of other power supply enterprises.
