【摘要】：論文以代理商代理云南移動相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的管理活動為基礎(chǔ),對于中國移動來說,中國移動主要通過營業(yè)廳和代理商來發(fā)展和為現(xiàn)有客戶提供服務(wù),而代理商占據(jù)了近百分之九十的市場份額,作為云南移動公司來講,希望通過客戶前來辦理業(yè)務(wù)的時間,發(fā)掘出用戶的消費潛力,為用戶推薦更加適合用戶的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),希望用戶參與到中國移動的各類營銷活動中來,從而實現(xiàn)提升用戶滿意度和增加公司的收益,對于代理商來說,希望通過最簡便快捷的方式為用戶完成業(yè)務(wù)辦理,從而獲取高額的酬金。此時一套高效完備的代理商系統(tǒng)就顯得尤為重要。本文依次介紹了云南移動代理商系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計背景,對將要解決的問題和系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了概述,對系統(tǒng)將要用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了研究與講述,分析了此類系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀；在需求分析階段,本文做了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)與功能需求以及一些外部接口和非功能性需求的分析,明確了系統(tǒng)將要做什么,以及在做的時候的要求,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計階段,闡述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則與每個功能具體設(shè)計,指明了將如何來做,在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)部分,展現(xiàn)了整個系統(tǒng)采用的開發(fā)方法和整個實現(xiàn)的過程。最后,論文對云南移動代理商系統(tǒng)的整個設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)過程中的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對于系統(tǒng)存在的不足進(jìn)行了分析,提出了改進(jìn)的方向。
[Abstract]:The paper is based on the agent Yunnan Mobile related business management activities, for China Mobile, China Mobile mainly through the business hall and agents to develop and provide services for existing customers, And the agent occupies nearly 90% of the market share. As the Yunnan Mobile Company, it hopes to discover the consumer's consumption potential through the time customers come to handle the business, and recommend products and services that are more suitable for the users. I hope that users will participate in all kinds of marketing activities of China Mobile, so as to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the company's income. For the agent, I hope to complete the business for the user through the most convenient and quick way. In order to obtain a high rate of remuneration. At this time, a set of efficient and complete agent system is particularly important. This paper introduces the design background of Yunnan Mobile Agent system in turn, summarizes the problems to be solved and the objectives of the system, studies and describes the key technologies to be used in the system. In the stage of requirement analysis, this paper analyzes the business and functional requirements of the system, as well as some external interfaces and non-functional requirements, and clarifies what the system will do. And at the stage of system design, the design principle of the system and the specific design of each function are expounded, and how to do it is pointed out in the system implementation part. The development method and the implementation process of the whole system are presented. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole design and implementation of Yunnan mobile agent system, analyzes the shortcomings of the system, and puts forward the direction of improvement.
