【摘要】：目前學(xué)術(shù)界對于工商資本務(wù)農(nóng)的效益存在許多爭議,尤其是在種糧領(lǐng)域。以安徽、山東和河北的新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體為研究對象,通過實地調(diào)研,從工商資本投資農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)、資本、管理、加工、銷售以及效益等方面探討了其下鄉(xiāng)種糧的增收機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:1)先進(jìn)的技術(shù)與精細(xì)的規(guī)�；芾砟Ｊ绞潜ＷC種糧增收的重要前提。與一般的糧食規(guī)模經(jīng)營主體相比,工商資本通過先進(jìn)的糧食生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和精細(xì)的規(guī)�；芾慝@得了規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì),保障了糧食的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì),從而增加了收入。2)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸以及品牌化營銷是保證種糧增收的關(guān)鍵。工商資本主導(dǎo)的糧食規(guī)模經(jīng)營主體通過開展糧食加工和創(chuàng)建品牌增加了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品附加值,從而使其在種糧領(lǐng)域取得較高的收益�；诖�,提出要通過考察涉農(nóng)工商資本的農(nóng)業(yè)背景、監(jiān)督工商資本的生產(chǎn)行為和土地流轉(zhuǎn)過程、完善農(nóng)村金融和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場,以及引進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)和管理人才等措施促進(jìn)資本務(wù)農(nóng)實現(xiàn)增收。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many controversies about the benefits of industrial and commercial capital in agriculture, especially in the field of grain planting. Taking the new agricultural management bodies in Anhui, Shandong and Hebei as research objects, through field investigation and research, investment in agricultural production technology, capital, management and processing from industrial and commercial capital, The mechanism of increasing the income of grain planted in the countryside is discussed in the aspects of sales and benefit. The results showed that the advanced technology and fine large-scale management model were the important premise to ensure the increase of grain income. Compared with the general grain scale management, industrial and commercial capital has achieved economies of scale through advanced grain production techniques and fine scale management, thus ensuring grain production and quality. Thus increasing income. 2) the extension of agricultural industry chain and brand marketing are the key to ensure the increase of grain income. The main body of grain scale management dominated by industrial and commercial capital increases the added value of agricultural products by carrying out grain processing and creating brand, thus making them gain higher profits in the field of grain planting. Based on this, it is proposed to improve the rural financial and agricultural market by examining the agricultural background of agro-industrial and commercial capital, supervising the production behavior of industrial and commercial capital and the process of land circulation. And the introduction of agricultural technology and management personnel and other measures to promote capital farming to achieve income.
