【摘要】:“會計(jì)”一詞源于西周,距今已有2000多年的歷史了,會計(jì)的應(yīng)用源遠(yuǎn)流長。時(shí)至今日,會計(jì)已由最初的零星計(jì)算演變成為一個(gè)龐大的財(cái)務(wù)體系。然而,在現(xiàn)代社會進(jìn)入到二十一世紀(jì)的今天,以市場化、信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、全球化為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速到來,企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化,原有的財(cái)務(wù)體系如何應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn),任務(wù)艱巨。本文是以創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書的形式,按照商業(yè)計(jì)劃書的編制規(guī)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來完成整體的設(shè)計(jì)和寫作的。通過對傳統(tǒng)的財(cái)務(wù)管理工具存在的弊端及局限性的分析,從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,市場營銷,競爭戰(zhàn)略,人才發(fā)展,研發(fā)投入,外部環(huán)境等方面對財(cái)務(wù)安全云平臺創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行深入客觀的解讀,凸出該項(xiàng)目在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新方面的的競爭優(yōu)勢:通過采用新的軟件架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速、便捷的特點(diǎn)得到充分的發(fā)揮,多款內(nèi)置的功能模塊則用來滿足不同客戶對于財(cái)務(wù)的多樣性、時(shí)效性和前瞻性的需求,打造差異化的優(yōu)勢。文中首先對項(xiàng)目整體作了一個(gè)概述,包括項(xiàng)目的背景,概況,競爭優(yōu)勢以及項(xiàng)目投資的可行性,使投資人對項(xiàng)目有個(gè)總體認(rèn)識和基本判斷。然后對目標(biāo)市場(財(cái)務(wù)管理軟件,以下簡稱財(cái)管軟件)進(jìn)行分析:從全局視角上對國際國內(nèi)財(cái)管市場的行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了研判;從局部視角上對目標(biāo)市場進(jìn)行微觀的研究和預(yù)測。然后對財(cái)管行業(yè)進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,包括對產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的剖析,存在的問題和機(jī)會以及項(xiàng)目的投資前景,重點(diǎn)介紹了本企業(yè)所處的地位,具備的競爭力以及應(yīng)該采取的競爭策略等。接著介紹了公司的內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu),公司的管理層,組織架構(gòu),股本構(gòu)成及股權(quán)的分配情況。市場營銷是項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的重要一環(huán),文中闡述了在企業(yè)不同的發(fā)展階段應(yīng)該制定的營銷戰(zhàn)略和具體的營銷策略,為產(chǎn)品推廣和銷售提供有力的支撐。財(cái)務(wù)分析及預(yù)測章節(jié),通過繪制出企業(yè)的三大財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,對主要財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行合理的估計(jì)和預(yù)測,分析企業(yè)的盈利能力,可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,預(yù)測企業(yè)未來五年的發(fā)展藍(lán)圖。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析章節(jié)主要對公司發(fā)展過程中可能出現(xiàn)的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了揭示,同時(shí)也從制度上設(shè)計(jì)了分險(xiǎn)的防范和規(guī)避機(jī)制來盡量降低未來的不確定性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后一章介紹了項(xiàng)目的資金用途、募集方式和使用規(guī)則以及為投資人設(shè)計(jì)了資金的退出機(jī)制,最大限度的保護(hù)投資人在本項(xiàng)目的的利益和權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:The word "accounting" originated in the Western Zhou Dynasty, which has a history of more than 2000 years ago. The application of accounting has a long history. Today, accounting has evolved from the original zero calculation to a huge financial system. However, the modern society entered the twenty-first Century, with the market, information, network, and globalization as the representative of the Internet. With the rapid economic arrival of the economy, the financial environment of the enterprise has changed greatly. The original financial system can cope with the challenge and the task is arduous. This article is based on the form of the business plan, and completes the overall design and writing according to the rules and standards of the business plan. Through the shortcomings and limitations of the traditional financial management tools From the aspects of enterprise strategy, marketing, competition strategy, talent development, R & D investment, and external environment, this paper makes an in-depth and objective interpretation of the financial security cloud platform entrepreneurship project, and highlights the competitive advantage of the project in product innovation and service innovation: through the use of new software architecture design, the Internet is fast and convenient. The features of the project are fully played, and a number of built-in functional modules are used to meet the diversity, timeliness and forward-looking needs of different clients and create differences. First, the overall project is summarized, including the background of the project, the general situation, the competitive advantage and the feasibility of the project investment. The project has a general understanding and basic judgment. Then the target market (financial management software, hereinafter referred to as the financial management software) is analyzed: from the global perspective, the industry development trend of the international and domestic financial management market is judged, the micro view of the target market is studied and predicted from the local perspective. And then the financial management industry is deep in depth. The research, including the analysis of the status of the industry, the existing problems and opportunities, and the investment prospects of the project, focuses on the status of the enterprise, the competitiveness and the competitive strategies that should be taken. Then it introduces the internal organization structure of the company, the management level of the company, the structure of the organization, the structure of the capital stock and the distribution of equity. Marketing is an important part of the project development. This paper expounds the marketing strategy and specific marketing strategy that should be formulated at different stages of the development of the enterprise, and provides a strong support for the promotion and sales of the products. The chapter of financial analysis and prediction, by drawing out the three major financial statements of the enterprise, makes a reasonable estimate of the main financial indicators. And forecast, analyze the profitability of the enterprise, the ability of sustainable development, forecast the blueprint of the development of the enterprise in the next five years. The chapter of risk analysis mainly reveals all kinds of risks that may appear in the process of the company's development. At the same time, it also designs the precaution and evasion mechanism of the risk division from the system to minimize the uncertainty risk in the future. The latter chapter introduces the use of the project, the way of raising and the rules of use, and the withdrawal mechanism for the investors to protect the interests and interests of the investors in this project to the maximum extent.
