【摘要】:現(xiàn)代施工企業(yè)從事專業(yè)的工程施工,對于專業(yè)的項目管理來說,其管理的工程項目往往規(guī)模巨大,工程周期非常長,投資量非常大,參與的施工企業(yè)、監(jiān)理企業(yè)、供應(yīng)商、甲方等,并且參與的人數(shù)非常眾多,使得對項目工程管理的管理效率和準(zhǔn)確性提出了非常高的要求;從而大量施工企業(yè)不得不采取現(xiàn)代化的管理思想來提高企業(yè)的管理手段和管理方法。在我國施工企業(yè)工程項目信息化的過程中,出現(xiàn)了很多問題,具體表現(xiàn)在投資巨大、效率得不到相應(yīng)的提升、建設(shè)水平低下、不斷返工的工程多等等很多問題;對于引進的一些國外的先進的產(chǎn)品,由于對中國國情不了解、國內(nèi)市場環(huán)境的不熟悉等特點,如果不加修改地直接使用,往往會造成該類工程項目管理軟件無法發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的效果。這樣不但浪費人力、物力、財力,而且在整個信息化過程中損失的是市場和競爭。本文針對以上存在的各種問題,從中國施工企業(yè)的實際需求出發(fā),在參考國內(nèi)外建筑工程項目管理文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了中國國內(nèi)建筑工程項目管理的特點和方式,闡述了工程項目管理系統(tǒng)從需求分析、設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)、測試到最終實施的完整解決方案。為了加快系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)進程,在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計階段使用了快速原型法。通過比對目前的主流開發(fā)、架構(gòu)設(shè)計框架,選擇了合適的架構(gòu)方式及實現(xiàn)框架,完成了建筑項目管理的流程管理;通過分析用戶需求和建筑施工企業(yè)項目管理過程的特點的基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)了建筑項目的招投標(biāo)管理、營銷管理、合約管理、收入管理、分包管理、物資管理等,并且過程中的審批流程,文檔的流轉(zhuǎn)控制,數(shù)據(jù)安全性方面的加密特殊處理,用戶權(quán)限的控制等功能。為施工企業(yè)項目信息化的過程中提供強大的基礎(chǔ)。本文提出的設(shè)計方案和具體實現(xiàn)達到了合同的具體細則。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在河南**工程建筑有限公司實際運行半年,根據(jù)用戶的反饋信息表明系統(tǒng)是很成功的,解決了用戶以往在項目管理中的主要難題,提高了項目的管理質(zhì)量,提升了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:The modern construction enterprise is engaged in the professional engineering construction. For the professional project management, its management project is often large, the project cycle is very long, the amount of investment is very large, the construction enterprise, the supervision enterprise, the supplier and the Party A are involved, and the number of people involved is very numerous, which makes the management efficiency of the project management and the project management efficiency. The accuracy is very high, so a large number of construction enterprises have to adopt modern management ideas to improve the management means and methods of management. In the process of informatization of construction enterprise project in our country, there are many problems, which are manifested in huge investment, the efficiency can not be improved and the construction level is low. For some imported advanced products, because of the lack of understanding of China's national conditions and the unfamiliarity of the domestic market environment, if they are not modified directly, it often causes the project management software of this kind of engineering to not play its due effect. This will not only waste human resources, but also waste human resources. On the basis of the actual needs of Chinese construction enterprises and on the basis of the reference of the domestic and foreign construction project management documents, this paper analyzes the characteristics and ways of the construction project management in China, and expounds the engineering items. In order to accelerate the development process of the system, the rapid prototyping method is used in the design phase of the system architecture. By comparing the current mainstream development, the framework design framework, the selection of the appropriate framework and implementation framework, and the completion of the construction project management system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the user's demand and the construction enterprise project management process, the bidding management, marketing management, contract management, income management, subcontracting management, material management and so on, and the approval flow of the process, the flow control of the document, and the safety of data Gamit are realized on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the user's demand and the project management process of the construction enterprise. Special processing, control and other functions of user rights. It provides a strong foundation for the construction enterprise project information process. The design and implementation of this paper have reached the specific details of the contract. The system has been running in Henan * * Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. for half a year. According to the feedback information of the user, the system is very successful. It solves the main problems of users in project management, improves the quality of project management, and improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
