【摘要】：為了調(diào)研河南省開設(shè)畜牧獸醫(yī)類專業(yè)的高職院校培養(yǎng)出的學生能否滿足本省企業(yè)在新形勢下對人才的需求,本次調(diào)研采取調(diào)查問卷的方式,對河南省95個農(nóng)業(yè)類企業(yè)的用人情況進行了調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果表明:當前河南省高職院校培養(yǎng)出的畜牧人才為畜牧企業(yè)人才構(gòu)成的主力,高職生在農(nóng)業(yè)類企業(yè)適應(yīng)性較強,就職崗位涉及生產(chǎn)、管理、營銷、技術(shù)和研發(fā)等工種,但以生產(chǎn)和技術(shù)崗位為主,且人員流動性較高。說明當前畜牧獸醫(yī)類的高職生在數(shù)量上能夠滿足企業(yè)需求,但是在人才質(zhì)量方面與企業(yè)的要求仍有一定差距。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate whether the students trained in higher vocational colleges of animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in Henan Province can meet the needs of local enterprises for talents under the new situation, this investigation adopts the method of questionnaire. The employment situation of 95 agricultural enterprises in Henan Province was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the talent of animal husbandry trained in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province is the main talent of animal husbandry enterprises at present. Higher vocational college students have strong adaptability in agricultural enterprises, and their positions are related to production, management, marketing, technology and R & D, and other types of work, such as production, management, marketing, technology and research and development, etc. But mainly to production and technical posts, and high mobility of personnel. It shows that the number of higher vocational students of animal husbandry and veterinary can meet the needs of enterprises, but there is still a certain gap between the quality of talents and the requirements of enterprises.
