樂視網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營支撐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著樂視網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營的逐步開展,網(wǎng)站上所提供的視頻服務(wù)和會員業(yè)務(wù)正在不斷地豐富,但如何實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理以及業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)信息的海量收集,并達(dá)到運(yùn)營管理、客服管理、產(chǎn)品管理以及系統(tǒng)資源管理的全面支持已然成為公司面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題與挑戰(zhàn)。為了解決這些問題,需要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營支撐系統(tǒng),以集中業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),有效地對產(chǎn)品及業(yè)務(wù)資源進(jìn)行配置管理,讓用戶通過統(tǒng)一的系統(tǒng)平臺進(jìn)行日常工作,從而提高用戶的滿意度和會員購買力。 本文是基于對樂視網(wǎng)內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)的收集和統(tǒng)一管理以及業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)信息的海量收集的分析,提出一整套業(yè)務(wù)支撐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化方案,并用這套方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的編碼與實(shí)現(xiàn),為客戶提供一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的操作平臺,達(dá)到強(qiáng)化樂視生態(tài)的業(yè)務(wù)線條的統(tǒng)一管理和整合營銷能力,提升系統(tǒng)對業(yè)務(wù)及需求不斷變化的響應(yīng)能力,加強(qiáng)綜合的報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)及協(xié)同效果數(shù)據(jù)分析的目標(biāo)。作者的主要工作是采用B/S架構(gòu)模式和Spring MVC框架進(jìn)行開發(fā),利用Memcached緩存技術(shù)對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分布式緩存及讀取,以提高系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)能力。通過制定定時(shí)任務(wù)定期向大數(shù)據(jù)中心采集數(shù)據(jù),保存到本地?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器中,同時(shí)在統(tǒng)一的WEB平臺上為管理人員和操作查詢?nèi)藛T提供有效的參考依據(jù)。采用分表冗余查詢以及分布式緩存這兩種解決方案生成統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表等數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊,并提高了查詢的性能。 本文通過功能性測試和非功能性測試對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,通過實(shí)際的測試,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)在不同的瀏覽器下,運(yùn)營管理模塊、客服管理模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊和產(chǎn)品管理模塊中所有功能的正確實(shí)現(xiàn),集中了所有的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),對產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)資源進(jìn)行了有效的配置管理,提升了用戶滿意度和會員購買力。 本文的主要結(jié)構(gòu)為:首先介紹項(xiàng)目背景、問題定義、研究目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容等,然后介紹了項(xiàng)目的實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)以及用戶需求,并詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)的UML設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和編碼實(shí)現(xiàn),最終通過功能性測試和非功能性測試完成了業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營支撐系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual development of Letv network business operation, the video services and membership services provided on the website are constantly enriched, but how to achieve unified management of customer data and massive collection of business-related information, And to achieve the operational management, customer service management, product management and system resource management of the overall support has become a practical problem and challenges faced by the company. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to design a business operation support system to centralize business data, effectively configure and manage products and business resources, and allow users to carry out daily work through a unified system platform. In order to improve user satisfaction and member purchasing power. This paper is based on the analysis of the collection and unified management of the internal data of Letv net and the massive collection of the relevant information, and puts forward a whole set of design and optimization scheme of the business support system, which is used to code and implement the system. To provide a unified operating platform for customers to enhance the Letv ecological business lines of unified management and integrated marketing capabilities, enhance the system to the changing business and needs of the response capacity, Strengthen the objective of comprehensive report statistics and synergistic effect data analysis. The main work of the author is to use the B / S architecture and Spring MVC framework to develop, and to use the Memcached cache technology to cache and read the data distributed so as to improve the response ability of the system. The data is collected from the big data center periodically by making the timing task and stored in the local database server. At the same time, it provides an effective reference basis for the managers and the operation query personnel on the unified WEB platform. The statistical analysis modules such as redundant query by table and distributed cache are used to generate statistical report, and the performance of query is improved. Through functional test and non-functional test to verify the optimization results, through the actual test, verify the system in different browsers, operation management module, customer service management module, The correct realization of all the functions in the system management module and the product management module centralizes all the business data, effectively configures the product and business resources, and improves the user satisfaction and the purchasing power of the member. The main structure of this paper is as follows: first, the project background, problem definition, research objectives and contents are introduced, then the project implementation technology, business architecture and user requirements are introduced, and the UML design of the system is described in detail. Database design and coding implementation, finally through functional testing and non-functional testing to complete the implementation of business operations support system.
