【摘要】:隨著電力大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行管理數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)出了數(shù)量大、類型多、準(zhǔn)確性高、價值高等特點(diǎn),并服務(wù)于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理、營銷管理、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行以及抗擊災(zāi)害等方面,給電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營發(fā)展帶來了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn);為電力資源的優(yōu)化配置、能效水平的提高以及電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)提供了強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)及提升空間。因此,利用電力大數(shù)據(jù)對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營和預(yù)警管理進(jìn)行改革,通過統(tǒng)一電網(wǎng)企業(yè)評價指標(biāo)體系和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營水平的橫向?qū)Ρ群涂v向比較,加強(qiáng)運(yùn)營指標(biāo)的預(yù)警管理,完善電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營績效評價管理和預(yù)警管理工作,進(jìn)而提高電網(wǎng)企業(yè)整體運(yùn)營管理水平,對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文針對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營績效評價體系以及預(yù)警管理進(jìn)行了深入的研究。首先,簡要分析了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下我國電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營績效管理和預(yù)警管理工作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢。其次,確定了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營績效評價指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)思路、指標(biāo)處理的方法以及以層次分析法和熵權(quán)法相結(jié)合的主客觀賦權(quán)方法,從價值創(chuàng)造、企業(yè)發(fā)展、運(yùn)營效率和客戶服務(wù)等四個維度構(gòu)建了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營績效綜合評價指標(biāo)體系。然后,基于上述方法的確定,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的物元可拓模型對某省五市電網(wǎng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行運(yùn)營績效評價實(shí)證分析,證明了所建模型的適用性及有效性;最后,結(jié)合綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建了以價值維度關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)預(yù)測預(yù)警為目標(biāo)的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營預(yù)警管理系統(tǒng),并通過實(shí)證研究證明了該預(yù)警管理系統(tǒng)能夠應(yīng)用于尋找關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的驅(qū)動因素、分析指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)而及時有效發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),促進(jìn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營和預(yù)警管理工作。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of big data, the data of power grid operation and management are characterized by large quantity, many types, high accuracy, high value and so on. They also serve the management, marketing management, production and operation of power grid enterprises, as well as the fight against disasters and so on. It brings new opportunities and challenges to the operation and development of power grid enterprises, and provides a strong data base and space for the optimization of power resources allocation, the improvement of energy efficiency level and the quality service of power grid enterprises. Therefore, power big data is used to reform the operation and early warning management of power grid enterprises. By unifying the evaluation index system and evaluation standard of power grid enterprises, the horizontal and vertical comparison of the operation level of power grid enterprises is strengthened. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the early warning management of operation indicators, improve the performance evaluation and early warning management of power grid enterprises, and improve the overall operation and management level of power grid enterprises, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the operation and development of power grid enterprises. In this paper, the performance evaluation system and early warning management of power grid enterprises are studied. Firstly, the development status and trend of performance management and early warning management of power grid enterprises in China under the background of big data are briefly analyzed. Secondly, it determines the design idea of performance evaluation index system of power grid enterprises, the method of index processing and the subjective and objective weighting method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to create the value and develop the enterprise. Operation efficiency and customer service are four dimensions to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of grid enterprise operating performance. Then, based on the above method, using the improved matter-element extension model to evaluate the operation performance of power grid enterprises in five cities of a province, it proves the applicability and effectiveness of the model. Finally, combined with the comprehensive evaluation index system, This paper constructs an early warning management system of power grid enterprise operation based on the value dimension key index prediction and early warning, and proves that the early warning management system can be applied to find the driving factors of the key indicators and analyze the correlation of the indicators through the empirical research. Furthermore, the weak links in operation management are found in time and effectively, and the operation and early warning management of power grid enterprises are promoted.
