【摘要】：我國(guó)近幾年信息技術(shù)以及逐漸在各行業(yè)的管理型工作中展現(xiàn)出驚人的效果,各項(xiàng)工作都實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息化發(fā)展和信息化管理。與信息化企業(yè)相比,其他傳統(tǒng)方式的工作已無(wú)法相比較,更無(wú)法超越。所以如果要緊跟時(shí)代的步伐,西部證券公司與其他行業(yè)其他公司實(shí)現(xiàn)公平的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),就要實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化的發(fā)展。為了提高西部證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)人營(yíng)銷服務(wù)管理工作的效率,有效增加客戶量,對(duì)公司內(nèi)部的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的信息化的管理,需要針對(duì)西部證券公司結(jié)合其公司制度和工作實(shí)際情況開發(fā)一個(gè)全新的功能齊全的西部證券經(jīng)紀(jì)人營(yíng)銷服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。西部證券經(jīng)紀(jì)人營(yíng)銷服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)決定采用B/S模式,以客戶端和服務(wù)器端的方式進(jìn)行開發(fā)。底層開發(fā)用Java高級(jí)程序語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行代碼的編寫,并采用與Java語(yǔ)言對(duì)應(yīng)的SSH框架進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合MVC架構(gòu)利用視圖-模型-控制器對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行良好的技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。在視圖中獲取用戶的需求提交給模型,簡(jiǎn)單處理數(shù)據(jù)請(qǐng)求之后由控制器進(jìn)行主要的核心操作,利用Struts2框架、Hibernate框架、Spring框架實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)信息的傳遞與處理。Struts2通過(guò)文件映射關(guān)系將核心功能與操作界面靈活結(jié)合起來(lái),通過(guò)邏輯調(diào)用實(shí)現(xiàn)頁(yè)面的轉(zhuǎn)換。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了客戶管理、工作管理、市場(chǎng)調(diào)查、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和系統(tǒng)管理五項(xiàng)功能�？蛻艄芾砉δ苤饕斯芾砜蛻粜畔ⅰ⒐芾砜蛻舴⻊�(wù)記錄、管理客戶群三項(xiàng)功能。管理客戶信息包括的操作有增加客戶、修改客戶信息、刪除客戶、預(yù)約客戶開戶和管理評(píng)價(jià)信息等工作管理功能分為會(huì)議管理、物品登記和物品領(lǐng)用等三項(xiàng)基本功能。市場(chǎng)調(diào)查功能包括調(diào)查競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手、調(diào)查商業(yè)區(qū)、調(diào)查住宅區(qū)、調(diào)查合作渠道,對(duì)于每一項(xiàng)調(diào)查對(duì)象均有相應(yīng)的增加信息、修改信息、刪除信息和歸檔操作。團(tuán)隊(duì)管理主要是進(jìn)行渠道網(wǎng)點(diǎn)管理功能。系統(tǒng)的管理員進(jìn)行的系統(tǒng)管理功能主要包括用戶管理和權(quán)限分配兩項(xiàng)基本功能。西部證券經(jīng)紀(jì)人營(yíng)銷服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)通過(guò)流程化的操作和信息化管理能夠有效提高工作人員的工作效率,提高操作的準(zhǔn)確率,降低時(shí)間和人力成本,改善數(shù)據(jù)處理低效的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's information technology and gradually in the various industries of the management of the work showed amazing results, all the work has realized the development of information technology and information management. Compared with information enterprises, other traditional ways of work can not be compared, but can not exceed. Therefore, if we want to keep pace with the times, western securities companies and other companies in other industries to achieve fair competition, we must achieve the development of information technology. In order to improve the efficiency of the marketing service management of the brokers of the Western Securities Company and effectively increase the number of customers, the information management of the internal data of the company is unified. It is necessary to develop a new and full-featured western securities broker marketing service management system according to the company system and the actual working conditions of the western securities company. The western securities broker marketing service management system has decided to adopt B / S mode and develop in the way of client and server. The bottom development uses Java high-level program language to write the code, and adopts the SSH frame corresponding to the Java language to design the system technology. Combined with the MVC framework, the system is well designed using view-model-controller. Get the user's requirements in the view and submit them to the model. After simply processing the data request, the controller performs the main core operation. Using Struts2 framework and hibernate framework, the transfer and processing of data information between system and database are realized. The core function and operation interface are flexibly combined by file mapping relationship, and the page conversion is realized by logical call. The system realizes five functions: customer management, job management, market research, team management and system management. Customer management includes three functions: managing customer information, managing customer service record and managing customer group. The operation of managing customer information includes three basic functions: increasing customer, modifying customer information, deleting customer, booking customer account and managing evaluation information, which are divided into three basic functions: meeting management, item registration and article receiving. The function of market investigation includes investigating competitors, investigating business district, investigating residential area, investigating cooperative channel, adding information, modifying information, deleting information and filing operation for each object of investigation. Team management is mainly for channel network management function. The system management function of system administrator mainly includes two basic functions: user management and privilege allocation. The western securities broker marketing service management system can effectively improve the working efficiency of the staff, improve the accuracy of operation, reduce the time and labor cost, and improve the inefficient state of data processing through the flow of operation and information management.
