基于態(tài)勢(shì)分析的長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)春市作為吉林省的省會(huì)城市,是吉林省政治、教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,也是當(dāng)前吉林省大眾體育開(kāi)展最好的城市,經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館數(shù)量眾多。特別是近些年來(lái),隨著長(zhǎng)春市大眾可支配收入水平的顯著提高及閑暇時(shí)間的增多,大眾的體育健康意識(shí)顯著提高,到經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館打球鍛煉已經(jīng)成為一種時(shí)尚。但是,經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館在長(zhǎng)春市的發(fā)展時(shí)間還比較短,受諸多因素的制約,其運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中還有很多待完善的地方。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法與邏輯分析法等研究方法,立足長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、體育市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、體育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及管理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理現(xiàn)狀做深入系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查;在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用管理學(xué)理論中的SWOT態(tài)勢(shì)分析法,從外部條件、內(nèi)部環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)(Strengths)、劣勢(shì)(Weakness)、機(jī)遇(Opportunity)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)(Threats)情況做系統(tǒng)的分析,針對(duì)性的提出旨在提高長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平的對(duì)策,為長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館今后運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的改進(jìn)提供參考,為長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館的經(jīng)營(yíng)決策提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)研究,得到如下幾方面結(jié)論:1、長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)集中在完善的軟硬件設(shè)施、多樣的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、合理的定價(jià)策略以及會(huì)員數(shù)量逐漸增多四個(gè)方面。2、長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的劣勢(shì)集中在人力資源水平不高(管理者的專業(yè)管理知識(shí)不足,教練員的專職化程度低)、內(nèi)部管理水平不足及服務(wù)水平不高等方面。3、長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理面臨著良好的機(jī)遇,突出表現(xiàn)在良好的政策支撐、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展以及豐富的高校資源。4、隨著長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館的增多,行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將繼續(xù)加劇,各場(chǎng)館的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,部分場(chǎng)館通過(guò)降價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),給場(chǎng)館發(fā)展帶來(lái)壓力。5、長(zhǎng)春市經(jīng)營(yíng)性羽毛球場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的改善可采取增長(zhǎng)型策略、扭轉(zhuǎn)型策略、多種經(jīng)營(yíng)策略、防御型策略等四種運(yùn)營(yíng)管理策略。其中,增長(zhǎng)型策略主要是進(jìn)一步完善場(chǎng)館的場(chǎng)地設(shè)施,加強(qiáng)與高校的合作引進(jìn)專業(yè)羽毛球管理、教練人才,開(kāi)展崗位培訓(xùn)提高管理人員及教練員的整體水平;扭轉(zhuǎn)型策略主要是豐富經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,走連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)之路,打造場(chǎng)館的品牌,同時(shí)要加強(qiáng)宣傳力度,特別要重視開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳;多種經(jīng)營(yíng)策略主要是廣泛吸收社會(huì)資金,豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,為消費(fèi)者量身定制一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)處方;防御型策略主要是提高場(chǎng)館的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,避免因低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)給與場(chǎng)館長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的不利影響。
[Abstract]:Changchun, as the provincial capital of Jilin Province, is the political, educational and economic center of Jilin Province, and is also the best city for the development of popular sports in Jilin Province at present. Especially in recent years, with the significant increase of disposable income and leisure time, the sports health consciousness of the masses has been improved significantly, and it has become a fashion to play basketball in the commercial badminton stadiums. However, the development time of the operating badminton stadium in Changchun is relatively short, restricted by many factors, and there are still many places to be improved in its operation and management. This research adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, etc., based on the current situation of the development of commercial badminton stadiums in Changchun, the sports industry, sports marketing, and so on. Based on the relevant theories of sports economics and management, this paper makes a deep and systematic investigation on the current situation of the operation and management of the operating badminton stadiums in Changchun City. On this basis, it applies the SWOT situation analysis method in the management theory to analyze the external conditions. From the two aspects of internal environment, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the advantages faced by the operating management of the operating badminton stadiums in Changchun, such as Strengthsn, Weaknessy, opportunity) and competition threats. The aim of this paper is to improve the management level of the operating badminton stadiums in Changchun, and to provide a reference for the improvement of the operation and management of the business badminton venues in Changchun in the future. It provides the basis for the management decision of the commercial badminton gymnasiums in Changchun. Through the research, we can get the following conclusions: the advantages of operating and management of Changchun operational badminton stadiums are concentrated in the perfect hardware and software facilities and various business models. Reasonable pricing strategy and the number of members gradually increased in four aspects. 2. The disadvantages of operating and management of operating badminton stadiums in Changchun focused on the low level of human resources (lack of professional management knowledge of managers). The coaches' professional degree is low, the internal management level is not enough and the service level is not high, etc. 3. Changchun operating and managing badminton stadiums and gymnasiums are faced with good opportunities, which are highlighted in the good policy support. With the sustained and stable development of social economy and the abundant resources of colleges and universities, with the increase of the operating badminton venues in Changchun, the competition in the industry will continue to intensify, and the competition among the venues will become more intense, and some venues will compete through the reduction of prices. It brings pressure to the development of the gymnasium. 5. The improvement of the operation and management of the operating badminton gymnasiums in Changchun can adopt four kinds of operation and management strategies: growth strategy, twisting strategy, diversified operation strategy and defensive strategy. Among them, the growth strategy is to further improve the venue facilities, strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities to introduce professional badminton management, coaches, the development of job training to improve the overall level of managers and coaches; The twisting strategy is mainly to enrich the business model, take the road of chain operation, build the brand of the stadiums, at the same time, we should strengthen the propaganda, especially pay attention to the network propaganda. The defensive strategy is mainly to improve the service quality of the venues and avoid the adverse effects of the low price competition on the long-term development of the venues.
