【摘要】：建設創(chuàng)新型國家和轉變經濟發(fā)展方式的外在推動,以及提高企業(yè)自身競爭力的內在需求,都要求企業(yè)將提高創(chuàng)新能力作為發(fā)展的重要任務。為實現這一目標,建設以企業(yè)為主體的創(chuàng)新體系是關鍵,發(fā)揮企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的核心作用將會有效帶動行業(yè)和國家整體創(chuàng)新能力的提升。中央企業(yè)處于關系國計民生和國民經濟命脈的關鍵行業(yè),承擔著保障和提高民生質量的重任,因其特殊的地位和承擔的社會經濟責任,更應在自主創(chuàng)新上有所作為。本文在分析企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新評價、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升路徑等研究成果基礎上,對我國中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新現狀進行分析,為了簡化問題的分析,從中央企業(yè)研發(fā)經費、創(chuàng)新人員等方面進行投入分析,從申請和授權專利、國家科技創(chuàng)新獎勵等方面進行產出分析,對中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新獲得的主要成就進行了總結,同時對中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新存在的問題進行了分析。論文將企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力分為技術創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)能力、市場創(chuàng)新、產品創(chuàng)新等眾多內容。技術創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)內所有創(chuàng)新能力的核心。企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢主要依靠技術創(chuàng)新來實現,技術創(chuàng)新能力為企業(yè)帶來了超額利潤和技術,而這恰恰是制度創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新的物質基礎。制度創(chuàng)新能力和管理創(chuàng)新能力又限制技術創(chuàng)新能力,制度創(chuàng)新能力為技術創(chuàng)新能力提供了動力和激勵機制。在分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的內外部因素影響基礎上,對于中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的內外部動力機制進行分析,并對中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新強度與企業(yè)規(guī)模的關聯(lián)性進行了分析,以中央企業(yè)上市子公司為樣本,重點研究中央企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入強度與企業(yè)規(guī)模之間的關系。構建了基本計量模型,使用最小二乘法對橫截面數據進行分析,通過觀察解釋變量的Pearson相關系數矩陣來避免多重共線性問題,對模型進行White檢驗。得出的建議是將企業(yè)規(guī)�？刂圃诤侠淼姆秶畠�,企業(yè)擁有高贏利能力、市場競爭力強,才能使企業(yè)更加愿意進行自主創(chuàng)新。論文在中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力分析的基礎上,以創(chuàng)新投入能力、創(chuàng)新營銷能力、創(chuàng)新管理能力、創(chuàng)新產出能力等測量維度構建了中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系。對中央企業(yè)及上市子公司的自主創(chuàng)新的技術效率進行描述性分析,經過比較選擇了數據包絡分析(DEA)方法和超效率DEA模型對央企子公司自主對創(chuàng)新效率進行評價,選擇主成分分析方法對中央企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效進行測量和評價,并與中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新效率進行比較,從而對中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力狀況進行多角度的剖析,進一步確認了現階段中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的特點,為下一步構建更完善的自主創(chuàng)新體系和提高自主創(chuàng)新能力路徑選擇提供依據。中央企業(yè)創(chuàng)新體系是中央企業(yè)內部、中央企業(yè)之間以及中央企業(yè)與外部環(huán)境的各個行為主體相互連接、相互作用而構成的網絡體系。只有通過各個部分的創(chuàng)新相結合,才能使其創(chuàng)新體系總體功能最大化,因而必須保證各個創(chuàng)新方面的協(xié)調和互動。論文在對中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新體系的內涵和特征進行了分析,對于自主創(chuàng)新體系的內外層環(huán)境進行了分析,構建了中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新體系的框架,對創(chuàng)新框架從橫向和縱向架構兩個維度進行了分析,并從國家層面、企業(yè)層面的制度建設保證進行了研究,提出了中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新體系的內部機制建設。根據文獻分析和案例研究對企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新動力機制進行探索性研究,給出了中央企業(yè)提升自主創(chuàng)新能力的路徑選擇。論文進行的提高中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力提升路徑研究,可以使中央企業(yè)能夠正確認識自身在國民經濟建設中所應承擔的特殊社會責任,以及自主創(chuàng)新績效情況,可為我國中央企業(yè)管理部門制定促進中央企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新提供有效的決策依據與方法支持,對于我國通過企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新來實現轉變經濟發(fā)展方式具有重要的理論指導意義和現實應用價值。
[Abstract]:To build an innovative country and to transform the external economic development mode and to improve the internal demand of the enterprise's own competitiveness, the enterprise will be required to improve the innovation ability as an important task for the development. In order to achieve this goal, the key to the construction of the innovation system based on the enterprise is to bring the core role of enterprise innovation into play. The central enterprise is in the key industry which is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and the lifeblood of the national economy. The central enterprise is responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of the people's livelihood. Because of its special status and social and economic responsibility, it should be done more in independent innovation. In this paper, the independent innovation of enterprises and the autonomy of enterprises are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of the research achievements of innovation evaluation and the promotion path of enterprise innovation ability, this paper analyzes the status of the independent innovation of China's central enterprises, in order to simplify the analysis of the problems, analyze the investment from the central enterprises' R & D funds, innovators and so on, and analyze the output from the application and authorization patents, and the national scientific and technological innovation awards, and so on. The main achievements of the independent innovation obtained by the central enterprises are summarized, and the problems of the independent innovation of the central enterprises are analyzed. The paper divides the enterprise innovation ability into technical innovation, system innovation, management creation, market innovation, product innovation and so on. The competitive advantage of the industry is mainly realized by technological innovation. The technological innovation ability brings the excess profit and technology to the enterprise, and this is the material basis of the system innovation and management innovation. The system innovation ability and the management innovation ability also restrict the technological innovation ability, and the system innovation ability provides the motivation and incentive for the technological innovation ability. On the basis of the analysis of the internal and external factors of the enterprise innovation, the internal and external dynamic mechanism of the independent innovation of the central enterprise is analyzed, and the relationship between the independent innovation strength of the central enterprise and the scale of the enterprise is analyzed. The central enterprise listed subsidiary is taken as the sample, focusing on the research of the innovation input intensity and enterprise of the central enterprise. The basic measurement model is constructed. The cross section data is analyzed using the least square method. The Pearson correlation coefficient matrix of the explanatory variables is observed to avoid multiple collinearity problems. The White test is carried out on the model. The suggestion is that the enterprise scale is controlled within a reasonable range, and the enterprise owns Gao Yingli. Ability and strong market competitiveness can make the enterprise more willing to carry out independent innovation. Based on the analysis of the independent innovation ability of the central enterprise, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the independent innovation ability of the central enterprise with the measurement dimensions of innovation input capability, innovation marketing ability, innovation management ability and innovation output capability. The technical efficiency of the independent innovation of the listed subsidiary is descriptive analysis. After comparing the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and the super efficiency DEA model, the central enterprise's independent innovation efficiency is evaluated, the principal component analysis method is selected to measure and evaluate the innovation performance of the central enterprise, and the independent innovation of the central enterprise is made. The efficiency is compared, thus the independent innovation ability of the central enterprise is analyzed in many angles, and the characteristics of the independent innovation of the central enterprises at the present stage are further confirmed, and the basis for building a more perfect independent innovation system and improving the path selection of independent innovation ability is provided for the next step. The central enterprise innovation system is the internal of the central enterprise. The network system between the central enterprises and the various actors of the central enterprise and the external environment is connected and interacted with each other. Only through the combination of the innovation of various parts can the overall function of the innovation system be maximized and the coordination and interaction of the innovation aspects must be guaranteed. The connotation and characteristics of the system are analyzed, the internal and external environment of the independent innovation system is analyzed, the framework of the independent innovation system of the central enterprise is constructed, the two dimensions of the innovation framework are analyzed from the horizontal and vertical structures, and the system construction guarantee of the enterprise level is studied from the national level and the enterprise level, and the center is put forward. The internal mechanism construction of the independent innovation system of the enterprise. Based on the literature analysis and case study, this paper makes an exploratory study on the dynamic mechanism of the independent innovation of the enterprise, and gives the path choice for the central enterprise to improve its independent innovation ability. The research on improving the independent innovation ability of the central enterprise can make the central enterprise correct. Recognizing the special social responsibility that should be undertaken in the construction of national economy and the performance of independent innovation can provide the effective decision basis and method support for the central enterprise management department to promote the independent innovation of the central enterprise. It is important for our country to realize the transformation of the economic development mode through the independent innovation of the enterprises. The theoretical guiding significance and practical application value.
