以某大型企業(yè)為例探索基于工作場所的高血壓防控策略

【摘要】:目的探索以企業(yè)為基礎的高血壓防控策略,為促進慢病防控關口前移提供信息。方法對參加了2012年公司體檢的某企業(yè)員工進行問卷調查,收集了5 743名員工的體檢及生活方式資料,用Framingham心臟隊列研究建立的模型評估非高血壓員工未來發(fā)病風險。結果企業(yè)員工高血壓患病率為28.9%(1 659/5 743),以后勤類員工最高,為36.7%(155/422),營銷類員工最低,為25.1%(356/1 421)(χ~2=32.396,P0.001)。確診為高血壓的員工中,僅40.2%(272/677)定期復查血壓,血壓控制率為42.5%(308/724)。體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)高血壓23.5%(1 351/5 743),其中69.2%(935/1 351)沒有被確診。管理類、技術類、營銷類和后勤類的高血壓員工4年發(fā)病風險分別為5.43%、4.61%、3.90%和5.43%(H=34.991,P0.001)。不同崗位類型員工吸煙率、超重肥胖率、飲食偏咸率、規(guī)律運動率差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均有P0.05)。結論管理類和后勤類員工是高血壓防控的重點人群。應針對不同崗位員工特點,充分利用組織網(wǎng)絡和同伴支持開展生活方式干預。對已患高血壓員工,還需要加強其定期復查意識,提高血壓控制率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the strategy of prevention and control of hypertension based on enterprise, and to provide information for the prevention and control of chronic disease. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the employees who took part in the physical examination of a company in 2012. The data of physical examination and lifestyle of 5 743 employees were collected, and the future risk of non-hypertension workers was evaluated by the model established by the Framingham heart cohort study. Results the prevalence rate of hypertension among employees in enterprises was 28.959 / 5 743, the highest was in logistic workers (36.755 / 422) and the lowest in marketing workers (25.1 / 1 / 1 421) (蠂 ~ (2) 22) 32.396n (P 0.001). Only 40.2% of the staff diagnosed with hypertension had regular blood pressure reviews, and the blood pressure control rate was 42.5%, 308%, 724%. The physical examination found that the blood pressure was 23.51% 5,743%, of which 69.2% 935 / 1351) was not diagnosed. The risk of hypertension in management, technology, marketing and logistics was 5.434.61% and 3.90% respectively. There were significant differences in smoking rate, overweight and obesity rate, salt diet rate and regular exercise rate among different types of workers (all P 0.05). Conclusion the staff of management and logistics are the key population of hypertension prevention and control. We should make full use of organizational network and peer support to carry out lifestyle intervention according to the characteristics of employees in different positions. Staff with hypertension also need to strengthen their awareness of regular review to improve the blood pressure control rate.
