北京市服務性消費發(fā)展及服務零售創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:北京市服務性消費在拉動總消費增長、促進消費結構轉型升級方面日益發(fā)揮重要作用。移動互聯時代,連接消費者的方式成為服務零售商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的重要方面。本文以出行服務零售和餐飲服務零售為例,進行移動互聯網時代的服務零售創(chuàng)新研究。以互聯網技術和互聯網思維來創(chuàng)新與消費者之間的連接方式,以營銷理念指導服務性商品線下交付過程,實現線上線下融合發(fā)展是服務零售創(chuàng)新的方向。
[Abstract]:Beijing's service consumption plays an increasingly important role in stimulating the total consumption growth and promoting the transformation and upgrading of consumption structure. In the era of mobile interconnection, the way to connect consumers has become an important aspect of service retail business model innovation. Taking travel service retailing and catering service retailing as examples, this paper studies the innovation of service retailing in the era of mobile internet. It is the direction of service retail innovation to innovate the way of connection with consumers by Internet technology and Internet thinking, to guide the delivery process of service goods under line by marketing idea, and to realize the integration of online and offline development.
